Chester's Fried Chicken (Salter Street)

I bought an order on Uber, and It was terrible. The burger option on the menu is just one of those gross burger's you can find in any convienence cooler, packed in nitrogen until opened and reheated in a microwave. I am suprised they added that to the menu. The drink I ordered never arrived. And I do not know who's fault that was, Chester's for not including it, or the driver for not delivering it. The burger's are inedible.. leave a gross made 2 week's ago in some other province taste. I ordered from here before and the order was fine, this time it's very inadequate. I will never order from here again. Your in the food industry, make an effort!!! i over payed for this and regret my decision.

Got chicken and wedges to go and I got food poisoning now so thanks I don’t recommend this place to anyone. aside from the food poisoning the food was stale and DRY. Waste of my $10 save your money and go elsewhere not worth it at all unless you like getting food poisoning

Went in to pick up some chicken and wedges. As a meal was told that there was no salads. No biscuits have to take veggie samosas instead.
Very poor I don't think I'll go back again and I was a very repeat customer.

order from skip the dishes multiple times and have visited the location in person as well.
service has always been great, food is freshly cooked despite having a wait time you know you aren’t getting bland food. I’d recommend this location as it’s one of the cheapests I’ve found and preferably one of my favourite locations

So I went to Chester fried chicken today at portage place as I am a paying customer there for the 20 years or more. My fiance David Frederick and I ordered chicken fingers I had pasta salad which was like a scoop and he had wedges we sat down to eat and our chicken smelled like fish my fiance is allergic to fish so I took it back they would not replace the order or give me my money back. He was very rude and said ma'am we do not cook our chicken with fish so I asked for a refund 20$ and they said we are not refunding you then tried to call security so I ask the security chick to smell it she immediately turned her nose up to it and he kept arguing with me anyways don't eat at Chester fried chicken in portage place

We were very unsatisfied with are meal. We ordered a nine piece family pack and it was all thighs and drumsticks, also the salad we got with the family pack was so small it could feed one five year old kid. We won’t be ordering from here again.
