“Best fried chicken in Winnipeg. The food is delicious and the customer service goes above and beyond. Soma was such a great help and so kind to us. With service like this, I will be going here more often for my lunch breaks.

We tried ordering Delta Minis and Spicy Sandwich on Uber (for some reason Popeyes refuses to add it to the menu). We called the location and Soma picked up the phone. She sorted the entire issue out so that we get all the items on our order on her behalf. She was kind enough and didnt panick when prepping our order. She took full ownership and provided an excellent solution. Thank you Soma for everything.“

“Visiting Winnipeg from the west coast and very happy to have found Jollibee's chicken two blocks from our hotel. We have a new favorite chicken joint! Peach mango pie out of the park and the chicken was hands down the best we had. Big shout out to the wonderful manager Owen who made our visit extra special! We will definitely be back!

“Went in and ordered the 13 pc chicken meal with taters, coleslaw and gravy for my daughter's birthday. The chicken was delicious and flavorful as usual. The gravy and coleslaw were good too but we found the taters to be a little on the dry side this time around. But all in all it was good and will still order from Mary Brown's.“

“For three consecutive weekends, my team and I have been dining at this branch after long workdays and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly makes the experience special is the warm and welcoming service.
A special shoutout to one of the managers, Monica, who never fails to greet us with a cheerful smile. She’s always jolly, attentive, and makes sure everything during our stay is perfect. It's because of her and the rest of the amazing staff that we keep coming back.

“To be honest- we went via drive thru so can't speak for the atmosphere. It was pretty late at night on our way home from a trip. The food when we received it was good - chicken was very flavorful.
Also ordered a cajun poutine and despite the drive home it wasn't soggy. Lots of gravy too.“

“Very, very pricey! Very small portions! I paid over $8 for 2 pieces of chicken & taters only. The chicken consisted of a small leg (smaller than you get a Chicken Delight), and a rib with hardly any meat on it. The taters are wedges but not typical in size when you think of potato wedges. They are cut from very small potatoes and cut very thin and are about 2 inches long. There is more potato by volume in a small French fry order at McDonald's than in a small serving of wedges at Mary Brown's. The portion you get is significantly smaller than the two piece chicken and fries at Chicken Delight, which is also cheaper. The chicken is okay; not exceptional. The one thing I did notice is that it's not as greasy as KFC or Chicken Delight. The Sage Creek staff were friendly. Service was fast. The restaurant just opened so it was exceptionally clean. The pricing is prohibitive so I won't be frequenting this restaurant often.“

“I’ve had Mary Brown’s before on McPhillips, the chicken was good. But when I went today to try the new spicy chicken, cause I love spicy chicken, it was really good, and spicier than Popeyes’s and more flavourful. The taters were nice and crispy, and a good amount of them too, the chipotle aioli sauce is the best with them. The order/cashier/clerk was nice and friendly. It is a little bit small, but I don’t really mind as long as I get a table. The outdoor sign could be more colourful like your other locations. l will most definitely be back soon. 😋🌶🍗🥵“

Spoke to a very nice employee who seemed to help get my message passed over, and who tried to help me the best he could but I cannot remember his name for the life of me!
Assistant manager got ahold of me and apologized for everything that’s happened, offered money back or a free meal. It’s people like this who save the companies from losing business, after the conversation we had it seems like this problem won’t happen again . I appreciate the effort put in from these individuals! And if it weren’t for them I would no longer be buying from this location! Special thanks to Umar(hopefully I spelt that right) for all the help!!!

ordered delivery friday and had to call to ask where the food was, was told my order was for pickup which was a lie, my confirmation email proved otherwise, then still proceeded to wait for the food to be delivered. In total waited 1hour and 54 mins to eat after ordering and food was stale/old/cold
called back and asked for a manager and was told he wasn't in but would call me back Saturday, didn't call, i called back again asking when i should be expecting a call and got told Sunday, Sunday came around and i still didn't get a call. just called again and was told he still isn't in and i should get a call tonight.
This is absolutely ridiculous being lied to and given the run around because they couldn't do their job correctly...
I will keep calling till i get a manager, paying $80.00 for this is awful!!!!! Ive ordered from this location lots and this has never happened before. awfully disappointed in what they call their customer service“

“First time I tried Popeyes, my taste buds were blown away. The Cajun fries and spicy chicken were fresh, hot and delicious. Don't even get me started in the biscuits!

I'm not going to lie, I'm hooked. Within a period of three weeks I've been there four times and it's always the family meal. Got a special last weekend. For $2 more, I got 14 pieces of chicken and was able to change the 7 biscuits the order came with to 4 strawberry biscuits. Not bad if you ask me. Tried em and loved em!

It was made absolutely perfect! It wasn't crazy greasy, it was fresh! The buns were fresh and smelled fresh. Gravy on everything for this meal! It was 5star all around. The staff member I seen working was pleasant and looked to be doing a really good job!“

“I don't go out for lunch much, but after all my medical appointments today I thought I'd treat myself. I was in the mood for wings, fries and gravy and knew Chicken Delight would not disappoint. You can't get wings like this any where else that I know of, I especially enjoy the fries as they aren't overly salted like some other places... and the gravy is rich, thick and very savoury... what a great combination.
