I run back to store cause they messed up payment again and said they forgot to charge me at all to find out again they ripped me off and charged me 35 for a 3 peice meal this place is ridiculous and un-educated at their job on top of all this running around when i get home finally its cold so annoyed and pissed off .... after all this you would think it would be free.for me running back and forth for their mistakes of charging me 2 times wrong on my card .pathetic.worst location ever and their hrs are stupid seem to be never open now i know why last visit ever would never recommend get bent

I had an amazing experience at Chicken Chef! The food was absolutely delicious – the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. I tried the signature fried chicken, and it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sides were also fantastic, especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

Enjoyed lunch at Chicken Chef when my husband was craving fried chicken! Service was excellent, restaurant was clean and quiet. Food was delicious. The chicken noodle soup was very good, lots of chicken and noodles, flavourful broth. The fried chicken was great. The French fries and macaroni salad were really good too. The Southwest chicken burger was excellent. Everything was cooked and served perfectly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair push button to open the door works perfectly and quickly with little pressure required. Impressive!

Took my parents there the other day. Food and service were great. We ate inside. My 83 year old mother went to the washroom and left her wedding rings in the bathroom. They have been married for 64 years. It wasn’t till the next day that anyone realized my mom didn’t have her rings. On the off chance we called chicken chef to see if they were there. One of the employees found them in the bathroom and put them aside hoping someone would claim them. I just want to say thank you so much for your honesty and for doing the right thing. We were so grateful to get them back, the sentimental value of those rings could never be replaced. This is the kind of company we want to support! Thank you.

I used to come here lots. Ever since the new owner took over I’ve noticed a lot of changes including new staff. Who barely understand English and the portions of food given are horrible the chicken is slimy and Cold also has no taste. I had payed 100$ and got a burnt pizza and slimy chicken. Wont be coming back

I have always had good experiences with the food at this Chicken Chef but did notice the ownership had changed since I last bought from there. Ordered takeout chicken and pizza from there a few days ago. The food tasted ok but myself and the 3 other family members who ate it suffered from gas and stomach pains for the next few days. Not paying $100.00 to get sick. Wont be going back there.

Under new ownership...my first and last order since it changed.....ordered 2 piece chicken dinner with shrimp...asked for white meat but not keels....I got keels instead of ribs....only 3 shrimp...suppose to be 4....no cocktail sauce....fries badly overcooked....I called back and the person I ordered from was rude and not apologetic....
