Chicken Chef - Island Shore

Terrible food, even worse staff. Came here with my parents and repeatedly got annoyed and angered remarks from the waitress. Usually we say nothing, but we all had just got off work and wanted to go out to eat for the first time this month because we had some time. Waitress forgot our condiments - like our gravy. On our burger, we said “no onions” and watched her agree and write down the no onions on the burger. Came back with EXTRA onions. We told her, and I kid you not, she rolled her eyes and sighed so hard, almost spitting on all of our food. And to top it off she said, “okay I’ll ask someone to take them off”.
Take them off?? As someone who works in food safety that’s a violation right there, what if my father was allergic to onions?? Don’t be lazy like that just to show us you’re annoyed, not a sorry, just brought back a now cold falling apart burger.
The ground beef on my salad was not warm, it resembled the meat from the nips, thin, burnt, falling apart. The CHEESE wasn’t even melted, it’s evident they used bagged shredded cheese because the starch used to “keep it fresh” was still all over it. The whole dish was freezing cold and I was brought 4 sauces that felt like they were taken straight out of a FREEZER. I built up the courage to tell the staff - she got angry and said she’d tell her manager. The manager came and I told her it was cold and the quality was bad. She just said okay I’ll take it off your bill, grabbed my plate, and walked away. No apologies?? No offering to bring anything else? I SAT there while my parents ate for the rest of the night. Seriously? And somehow my salad came 10 minutes AFTER a pizza and a chicken meal because it took “longer to make”?
To top it off, my dad’s drink had run low so he asked the waitress for another. He asked if he could take his glass because our cups were starting to pile up on the side of our table, nobody was taking them. She replied with “no that’s a sanitation issue and I can’t do that.” And walked away as he was still trying to speak. She brought the last cup of my father’s drink, and that was the last time we seen her. We finished eating and there were dirty dishes and at-least 6 cups sitting on our table while we watched our “waitress” keep walking past our table. Absolutely disgusting.
My mom had to figure out how to scan their barcode on our table to pay for our bill. Manager was at the front table and we walked out of the restaurant, she didn’t say ANYTHING to us on our way out.
Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Great experience with Chicken Chef! Ordering in person was easy and seamless and the food was delivered on time and hot to our family venue. There was good communication over any adjustments that we needed to make. Chicken Chef chicken is well‑seasoned, tender, crusty and cooked to perfection. The pizzas are equally impressive: very generous toppings, lovely crust and a good variety of pizza choices. This place delivers good service, reliable, crowd‑pleasing comfort food that disappears fast. You will not be disappointed.

Went in to pick up a 3 piece meal and paid for it through take out. Get home and noticed I only received a 2 piece meal. Guess you should always check what you pay for before leaving

Would not recommend this place at all. Person taking the orders is very inexperienced. Items missing on our order. Had to wait for quite a while. NO THANK YOU.

This has to be the worst Chicken Chef in the city. The staff are rude and clueless and all have an attitude. Came for pickup, and staff asked no one if they had already paid instead took order after order of girls gymnastics group while the rest of use stood there. My food was in the heater for 20 minutes while I waited and the clueless staff could have cleared the people that came in for pickup.

Very hit & miss as far as the service & food quality goes. Many times my breakfast arrives & the toasts are cold, the butter is lumpy & hard on top of the toast. When ordering chicken I can not complain as it has been good everytime. Portion sizes are satisfactory and I never go away hungry.
