orded pizza tonight at 400 pm when my order got there his debt machine would not work ,i stood out side for 10 mins with the delivery guy and my pizza ! he then went to his car with my pizza for 10 mins trying to get it to work came back to the house with my pizza said it wasent working wanted me to email him the money told him no then said you have cash told him no i was pissed by this time told him to take it back he left i got on the phone and call chicken chef to complain , they said they would send out a new one , ok i wasent paying for it so the 2nd one gets here i open the box and the whole side of the pizza was flipped over in the box the side of the box was covered in sauce and the best part was there was a piece missing let me tell you just how pissed i was after that! Called back a 3rd time so mad by this time it was 530 a kind worker said she would deliver it to me so i got my pizza at 6:45 ! have never had such a run around from a company , im not sure i will order from them again ,!

I had a great visit last night. We at inside the restaurant, and we're there after 5pm. The restaurant was busy but very clean. All tables were clean and we we could sit right away. Waitress was friendly and attentive even though she was dealing with another larger table. Our food came quickly despite the large table and multiple to go orders ahead of us. Our food was delicious! I think it was the best chicken I have ever had at chicken chef to date. Great job and thank you for the wonderful meal.

We. Order 3 peice chicken meals. Chicken was dry like jerky. Got and expired drink Gravy charge 2.50 for half 4oz cup crazy.

Came in for a late lunch. Ordered the hot chicken with mashed and a caeser. The salad tasted off so didn't eat it. The chicken was dry and the potatoes were crusty. The waitress didn't return to the table at all to ask how the meal was. She didn't give us a bill. And we waited 5 minutes at the cash desk to pay because no staff were around to notice we were there. Will not return.

Food was amazing, especially the pancakes. The server I had was incredible, she was so nice and sweet and she answered all questions I had.
Portions are huge, great value and delicious. Pictures are after being eaten but it gives you an idea. Maybe a bit slow of service, but the server was very friendly and informative. Would recommend and definitely on our list of places to go from now on

Ordered delivery. Only positive thing I can say is the delivery driver was friendly and outgoing. The food made us sick and it was the only food I ate that day besides toast. Coleslaw tasted sour, chicken greasy and undercooked and gravy tasted straight from the package mix. Worst $50 spent. I deleted the number from my phone.

We always get hot fresh food from chicken chef Regent even on pick up! It's our go to when I don't want to cook. Their Breakfast special on Saturdays and Sundays is wonderful. I love the pan fried potatoes and onions for hashbrowns. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Chicken Chef on Regent.

We have been eating at chicken chef for many yrs we went there Friday the 25 ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner , ordered gravy on the side . meal came , 3 pieces of chicken 1 bun ,and a small dish of gravy , said to waitress this used to come with fries, reply was gravy was side dish !! ordered fries not impressed wife ordered a Rubin sandwich , looks like it was made from the end of a loaf of bread, 1 slice of corn beef teaspoon of sourcrout not sure what the cheese was !! ask beryl how was the sandwich was her reply was just so, so . i took a bite there was no resemblance of a Rubin what so ever , with that been said, i will not be going there again so disappointed, last time we went there for supper 3 piece dinner one piece of chicken was old and dryed out told owner her reply was i,ll tell the manager, hey!! your the owner , will not be returning We where the only customers in restrant , wonder why !!

Honestly, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I had. My boyfriend and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch burger with fries, mozza sticks, half ribs, and 1/2 chicken wings. All for $78. Was it worth it? You judge. They forgot to put the bacon in the burger, fries weren’t seasoned, some of the mozza sticks barely had any cheese, ribs didn’t have any sauce and some chicken weren’t cooked properly. We waited for a good half an hour, just to be disappointed. On top of that, we can hear the manager being loud and somehow rude to their coworkers. We felt very awkward listening in the background. Maybe we came in the wrong time, I don’t know. What I know, though, is we’re definitely not coming back here. I had high expectations because I had a good experience from other Chicken Chef locations but this one just ruined it for me. It was really bad that I had to make a review on it, so you, the one reading this, can save your tummy and wallet. Peace.
