LOL! Called the store to place an order. He asked what a pepperoni pizza is. Tell me why they hire people who don’t speak/understand English well enough to answer phone calls for orders. Also, I asked what was the flavour of the cheesecake. And I quote: “ cheese with brown sugar”. My family always laugh about that every time we think of cheesecake.so an extra star for that. Food can be a hit or miss at this location! So order at own risk.

Ordered on line and when we received our food the pizza was cold, fries tasted like they have been sitting for hours and chicken was cold only thing that was hot was the gravy. Will never go there again. Manager on the phone was very rude.

I recently moved from BC and have been trying pizza at several fast-food joints across the city. I loved the toppings and the cheese they used was great. Great price. Great food. Love it!

My bf got sick from the chicken sandwich last month they were rushing n didnt cook it properly , and every time I ordered a poutine they put too much gravy I asked them not to put too much gravy they still put lots . They just being cheap with their fries idc if they giving me like 20 fries for almost 10 bucks. I'm not asking for a poutine soup.

THIS LOCATION WILL BE THE REASON WHY CHICKEN DELIGHT IS OUR LEAST FAVOURITE, DONT BELIEVE ME ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON ELLICE AND FIND OUT FIRST HAND , IVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE , 20yrs + I’ve never had even a satisfactory food delivery from this one ! Never again , my family goes to bed hungry tonight beause the toppings on our pizza were in a pile at the side of the box not to mention being COLD to the touch , shame on business owners who actually give the franchise a bad name and take advantage of low income families and serving them garbage food with no regret , this is a treat for some families to have take out , to you it’s just poor peoples money who don’t matter I suppose NEVER AGAIN
