Yesterday night, while waiting for my wings, a girl working there showed amazing kindness. I jokingly asked about the bread pickles she was eating, and she generously offered me some—they were delicious! The wings were so fresh and tasty, I really enjoyed them. Her humility, empathy, and friendly service truly stood out. Highly appreciated!

unprofessional and rude

My order was incorrect, boneless wings were unavailable, chicken was dry and may have been day old or more. My order was not ready when told, it was 15-20 minutes late, and was told it was because other orders came in. By the way, I ordered 2 hours ahead of time.

My 2nd visit was as bad as my first. I will not go back a 3rd time.

This location is poorly run.

Placed an order for a chicken sandwich meal, gravy and 6 of Cajun wings
The chicken sandwich had their coleslaw on it instead of lettuce and tomato, the fries were 100 years old and their chicken was dry as the Sahara
Disgusting and suggest ordering elsewhere, I threw all of it away after sampling each....I'm not sure how anyone would let that order leave the kitchen

I bought some food last night and I woke up the next day feeling sick. I realize that I had food poisoning from eating here. Will never buy from here again.

Absolutely no good service they had forgot a gravy extra 2 litre Pepsi which I had paid for and didn't bring it back very disrespectful..

LOL! Called the store to place an order. He asked what a pepperoni pizza is. Tell me why they hire people who don’t speak/understand English well enough to answer phone calls for orders. Also, I asked what was the flavour of the cheesecake. And I quote: “ cheese with brown sugar”. My family always laugh about that every time we think of cheesecake.so an extra star for that. Food can be a hit or miss at this location! So order at own risk.

Ordered on line and when we received our food the pizza was cold, fries tasted like they have been sitting for hours and chicken was cold only thing that was hot was the gravy. Will never go there again. Manager on the phone was very rude.
