I've been going to Chicken Delight for 40 years and this will be the last time.

Well let me just say it has not been a delight 3 different people kept trying to help us in the drive through and was rushing us to make a decision when we were still figuring out what we were getting we were then told to just come to the window where we got attitude and general stupidity from the workers trying to make us pay more for drinks when our meals came with drinks I do not recommend this if you are wanting to eat without being frustrated

Absolutely terrible product and customer service! I was screamed at when I tried to let them know my order was wrong! Note the coleslaw was also old and swimming in watery grey juice.
The delivery guy was awesome and kind!

Over the past two weeks I've been to this Chicken Delight location 4 times during the lunch period. 11 AM to 3:30 PM. The service has been excellent and the quality of the food is top notch, excellent preparation, taste and presentation . I received my order in under 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to service you. The prices on their lunch menu are very reasonable . Each time I've had the 3 piece chicken value meal which comes with a large portion of fries, a small gravy and a can drink all for only $9.99 plus tax. The eat in atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and relaxing and extremely clean and well maintained. The portion is a very good size. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who would want a good quality lunch at a very reasonable price.

Personally, I think their chicken is way better and has more flavour compared to other chicken restaurants I’ve visited. I never had any trouble ordering my meals from this location and the interactions I’ve had with the staff were always welcoming and friendly. Along with their pizzas and gravy, I would say they’re pretty good and I would highly recommend.

Perfect for family dinners!
We ordered a family combo, and it was more than enough. Everyone loved the chicken and the coleslaw! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Great place to grab a quick meal or takeout. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I've always loved chicken light food. I've never met an angry worker there in Winnipeg. They've always been super polite. The only issue I have is. I'd like them to start putting napkins in the bag

Have ordered often, Service IS AWFUL. I have repeatedly confirmed that they have plates, and condiments. After talking with management, I did get good service THAT ONE OCCASION.

AGAIN No condiments, no napkins, French fries are cold, chicken is hot, so it's not a delivery issue, they are selling OLD fries that are cold and have been sitting.
