Have ordered often, Service IS AWFUL. I have repeatedly confirmed that they have plates, and condiments. After talking with management, I did get good service THAT ONE OCCASION.

AGAIN No condiments, no napkins, French fries are cold, chicken is hot, so it's not a delivery issue, they are selling OLD fries that are cold and have been sitting.

Picked up a meal on the way home from a long day at work. Used the drive thru for convenience and was treated to fantastic service and a quality meal. Chicken was fresh and french fries were perfectly done and crispy. Nothing beats Manitoba-based Chicken Delight for a great fried chicken meal!

Drop your prices. I drove away when I saw 10 hot wings for $19.95 . Everything is way over priced. You'll get more business ,equaling more profit if you stop trying to rob people. I use to love chicken delight ,now I won't bother .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! When we first called to order, 3 different people took our order 3 times. The food took nearly almost two hours to be delivered. Our pizza's were gross, one burnt and one under cooked, we asked for regular crust and got thin crust. When I called back to complain, they said the would replace the ONE burnt pizza. I waited ANOTHER HOUR for them to deliver a replacement pizza before I called again to ask where it was. The man said he needed to wait for his managers approval, why didn't he tell me before, he said they would send it right away. I asked to speak to the manager but wasn't able to for some reason. We paid nearly $150 to just to get shitty service and gross food. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN !! FAIR WARNING, DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

We ordered a delivery from here
Was told an hour
An hour passed and we called back
And when we called back was told we were not in their delivery area
No one bothered to take time to call us and let us know
That's not customer service
Very unhappy with what happened
But it is what it is

The food did not taste fresh, probably sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Fries were limp and no crisp to it.

This location is iffy some times its good and sometimes it's bad with listening to what your order is

I was very disappointed with my lunch from chicken delight. I swear the fries are day before leftovers they were dry and hard as a rock .

I literally will never come back here I got chicken and it was so greasy, had no flavour and tasted like it was in a heat tray for HOURS. Highly recommend NOT coming here.

They made thing right with quality of food, assured me won’t happen again. Chicken delight is great !!

Very disappointed. You could tell wings were frozen not fresh. Used to be my favourite wings but won’t order again.

One of my favorite places for over 25 years! excellent quality and service.

Went to place an order for delivery, manager was rude and said the delivery address was too far away, we are 5.4 km or 11 minutes and ordered in the past from this location, explained that to him and he was just belligerent and nasty. Looks like KFC or Popeye's will get our business. Oh by the way I was ordering for our staff day and three 30 piece buckets with all the fixings. Guess they don't need the business.

Worst taste i have taste in the city and there is totally wastage of money.
