Chicken Delight | Nairn Ave

This place has lousy service. They could not get our address right and took over 2 hours to deliver the meal. They have not arrived yet. Will not order from them again.

I ordered in person and took the order home, which is 7 minutes away. The gentleman that took my order was super polite and helpful, food was ready quick. Other than that we were not impressed. I should have known right by the quick turnaround that I received my order. The pizza did not look at all like the pictures and my toddler could have prepared a better pizza. The pizza dough was soft, soggy and the toppings looked like they were just tossed on, half had no green peppers. The french fries were as dry as a salad crouton and the chicken was dry as well. Probably was not fresh as the food was not hot temperature wise either. Even with me bringing home the food, the 7 minute drive should not have cooled off the food or dried it out that bad. Was not impressed and will just stick with KFC instead. Inside the restaurant there was no customers and looks like there needs to be some fixing up for sure. Wires sticking out of the wall where it looks like there use to be a plug, chair cushions are ripped and the lighting very dim. Do not recommend and will not return even if I had a coupon for 50% off... yuck. I am sure my garbage enjoyed the food.

We ordered at 3:57, after many phone calls and lies we got our order at 6:10. They didn't get the order right. Good news I'm getting our coleslaw 2 and a half hours no communication about the delay on our order nothing I I don't get it

Their service call is bad. Gets orders WRONG! More than twice for us. Found a metal staple in my chicken. Overall. I’m switching locations for sure after today.

chicken wings,burger,poutine are not so much good as i expected totally wastage of money the are costly but taste is not wt you expected you can go somewhere instead of chicken delight if you want good in taste

The staff at this location ended up being very unkind. They ended up selling me pieces of chicken that had been in the warmer for half the day for $2 a piece and told me that it was a great deal. I would have paid this amount gladlyif I knew it was fresh but it wasn't.

I was a bit nervous to try this location because the reviews are pretty mixed, however it turned out I had no reason to be. We had a delicious meal. Chicken was cooked thoroughly but not burnt, fries were a golden brown and not dried out. Gravy was great and the buns were fresh. Very patient cashier, as we stood there trying to decide what to order, never tried to rush us and answered all our questions. Over all a wonderful experience. The only reason It's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because we ordered the Lucky 13 special and it was supposed to come with 13 pieces of chicken but we only recieved 12.
