Chicken Delight | Regent Ave W

Ordered chicken and pizza and fries from this place. It is not what it used to be. The pizza was 7” across, the chicken pieces were tiny barely bigger than wings, the fries were dried out and the coleslaw was all sauce. The chicken was tasteless with absolutely NO seasoning. The total bill with tip and delivery was $90. The image is of the chicken delivered next to a small fork and a coke can. This was by far the biggest rip off I have ever suffered from a delivery.

Ordered from there a yr ago, food was not fresh, reheated fries & chicken. I tried to give another chance, and told them that, again fries not fresh, chicken was dry and had a smell…never again will I order there.

Chicken Delight- Regent location provided us our catered staff lunch and it was absolutely fantastic ! Great portions, great service as well. We will be ordering again in the future.

Not good. Chicken was dried right out probably under a heat lamp for hours. Gross with no flavor just like saw dust. Fries were more soggy than a wet shoe and gravy tasted like flour. Was like a solid ball of brown flour. Never again. Even the kids didn't eat it.

It's been a while since I had chicken delight.The service and chicken was good, she forgot to pack a fork and napkins, The fries weren't as good as they used to. Too soggy,  they changed their buns, not the greatest.

Dishonest about pricing on their in store menu, told they didn't have time to change the prices on the board but they already have flyers that have the new pricing. But those aren't posted. I'm pretty sure it takes less time to put a piece of tape over the menu so they aren't advertising false prices than it does to order all new print materials. I understand that "prices subject to change" but they have obviously known the price has changed for some time and have chosen to leave the board as is. Check your receipt.

Food is usually good (although this time the fries were overcooked and food wasn't hot) however experience with the Chicken Delight app / delivery ensures that I will most likely be ordering using Doordash or Skip. The driver this location uses speaks with a VERY pronounced stutter (and seems to like to engage in what feels like very long / awkward conversations), and for some reason insists on ringing the doorbell to hand off the delivery even though I put specific instructions to leave it at the door. Also has become quite expensive so we don't order food from here often. App is the chicken delight app
