I/we have been getting food from here for 45yrs. At one time, it was amazingly great food. I'm not sure what's happened, but in the last year the food flavor had drastically changed for the bad. The sweet and sour sause has changed. The sauce in the deluxe veggies has changed for the bad. Overall the flavor has gone downhill. Very disappointed to say the least.

I ordered the honey garlic chicken combo with dry wontons, and it was disappointing. The chicken was chewy and tough, the rice and vegetables were bland, and the egg roll was also chewy instead of crisp. Overall, a very underwhelming meal. I won’t order from here again.

Waited almost 2 hours for takeout watching skip the dishes come and go and being ignored. A poor elderly lady was sitting over 2 hours. I went to management and told them they should be ashamed making her wait. 5 minutes later she got her food.

Very bad service for delievery person

Ordered for Christmas Day almost $400 worth. Never ready on time. 2 items missing. No soya sauce. No plum sauce for egg rolls. Poor quality and poor service.

I am honestly really sad, my boyfriend and I spent $50 on skip on 2 dishes and both have no seasoning at all and are in a clear liquid that only tastes like oils. I am usually not picky, but neither of us ate anything but the rice because it was not good. Maybe it’s better in the restaurant.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Food served was cold and lacked flavor, and the restrooms had an unpleasant odor. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
