We were greeted by the friendly front end staff and seated promptly in one of our favourite raised booths. Our server, Allie, was attentive without hovering. The food came out in a timely manner and was tasty. My wife, being her birthday, received a complimentary dessert. We will be back.

Everything was very tasty from the appetizers to the desserts. The service was excellent. I would not suggest the lobster tail as it was barely 3 bites and over cooked, not worth the $18.00 price tag.

Went to chop for an anniversary dinner and this is the first time from years going here food was terrible. 1 appetizer was great the other was not and the main was terrible sent back 2 times and the cook still struggled getting the steak right. Guess it was an off night. But in saying that our server was great, and so was the manager as they took care of the bill which I thought was classy and right!! All in all the night was a bit disappointing cause of the food but the staff did there best to take care of us so all the credit to them and thank you!!

Appetizers are amazing-mussels and escargot and steak bites all excellent. Steak did not appear to be a filet and medium well was way over well done. Husbands medium was more like the medium rare that our daughter ordered. Carrots were over roasted to dry and potato skin hard and potato coolish. No point in complaining because it probably wouldn't do much good. Have eaten there in the past several times. Next time will just order appetizers and skip the meal

The absolute BEST prime rib roast beef—butter tender and full of flavour. The dining room was packed, yet the noise level was quiet and the service was still fast, efficient, and friendly.

This was our first time at Chop and we were not disappointed. The minute we walked in we were greeted and brought o our table. We were asked if we were celebrating anything...it was our 36th wedding anniversary. They made sure to congratulate and gave us some little extras for our day. We felt very special. The service & staff were excellent!
We had an excellent dinner after a week of fishing in Saskatchewan. Steaks were done exactly as ordered, butternut squash soup was excellent and had a little spiced twist, and the drinks were very good. I had a smoked Old Fashioned and it showed up smoked inside the bottle and it was poured at the table! If you like a smokey drink I recommend you try one! Tell em Dave sent ya!

Overall good experience! They came out with a free starter, a tuna tartare. We ordered the escargot (a bit too salty for us), lobster & steak, prime rib and the New York steak. Steaks were done really well and prime rib was nice and tender! Had the chimichurri s a steak topper but found it a bit too salty as well. The seasonal veggies were delicious though, loved them!
It wasn’t too busy and service was good! Nothing too crazy, but everything was great. Portions were very generous as well. Will definitely come back to try out their other menu items.

The food was cold and the plates they serving it in was cold. After sending it back the replacement meal the steak was cold just the baked potato was warm and the plate still cold .
