My husband and I shared one burrito, it wasn't sealed properly. It was incredibly messy to eat with barely any sauce covering the ingredients. Our drink was warm and covid signage was still up. It was pricey for one burrito and one drink totalling $28. The atmosphere was depressing, what was once a happy establishment to visit is now just a memory.
Enjoyed my lunch with my daughter the food was awesome ... The atmosphere is clean just not much too it, it's a typical quick serve style of restaurant. Service was good and the staff were friendly. The food is always delicious we love having the burritos or the bowls here. The bubble tea was also on point and delicious.

good atmosphere, delicious food and great customer service. overall it’s a good environment that makes for an enjoyable experience
The food overall was incredibly delicious and fresh. I feel so lucky to have found a place where I can enjoy salmon that tastes this good. I will definitely come here often from now on. The service was excellent, and the food came out quickly, which was very convenient.
Such delicious food and overall very friendly environment
I have never seen such shitty treatment as here in any country in the world... I came to pick up an order and wanted to go to the toilet, I said I am a customer, she said no, you pick up the order, you can't go to the toilet 😂
Ordered a burrito, it was only wrapped partially and was a total disaster to eat. The server gave me no utensils for the wasabi so I just couldn't use it. Burrito was very dry and mostly rice. I ordered a drink and it was super warm, but the server did get me a cup of ice. The floor still has stickers on it from the COVID days and it was a super awkward, cold environment inside. I used to love Chosabi when it first opened on Pembina Hwy, has it ever gone downhill unfortunately. It also cost me $26 for a burrito and a drink, so it's not exactly cheap.

My first tme trying this restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the tofu poke bowl. Unfortunately, none of the ingredients seemed to go well together and the poke sauce and wasabi dressing were not very tasty. Had I known it was wasabi, I would have opted for something else. I ended up eating only half and thew the rest away. I've had much better bowls at other places.

Very slow service. Staff does not seem to care nor have a sense of urgency even though a lot of people are waiting for their food. Would not recommend coming here.

Great food, reasonable price for what you get. Bowl was made fairly efficiently. Atmosphere is nil, but it was pretty clean.

Ridiculously slow, only one stuff working in kitchen , waited ten minutes to treat us and still has to make a priority for DoorDash before us.
