So disappointed. This place came highly recommended. We called and he wouldn't provide a menu, etc. We ordered six kinds of sandwiches and three kinds of soup through him (Wayne) describing what he could do. He knew we had two vegetarians we were ordering for. He sent two soups and maybe three kinds of sandwiches. He ignored our request for no mustard, the soups were cold, and no veggie options arrived, Wayne was not concerned when I called and said he sent us what he had on hand. He told me that at least the veggie meals were on their way but it's been over and hour and a half and now he's not answering the phone. In short, this was a complete mess. He said that people make mistakes. See the picture attached for one of the sandwich mistakes. This is how it arrived. Not sure what is going on there, but it's not good. This was for a staff lunch, and two people still haven't seen their orders. I doubt they are coming as I've been waiting two hours in total and wasted a chunk of my work day. Don't waste your money on this place. I gave him every opportunity to remedy things. He has not. Payment on his cheque has been stopped.

Our experience was horrible. He took our group order then sent what he had on hand instead...not even close. We ordered three soups. He sent two varieties We ordered six kinds of sandwiches but received three. We asked for no mustard and the food was dripping with it. He never sent the carrot soup or the veggie sandwiches. That left the vegetarians with nothing to eat (had specifically ordered for them). He told me that everyone makes mistakes and he wouldn't fight with me...no idea how me calling about receiving a completely wrong order constituted fighting. He said the driver would at least bring the veggie meals but he didn't show. Wayne said he would call me back about that but didn't. I had to call from different numbers as he wouldn't answer my calls otherwise. In short he lied. Repeatedly. Horrible service, food was a disaster, and the attitude was despicable. He said if I didn't like it to not pay for it (driver already left with the cheque). Okay deal. A stop payment is already on the cheque. Very disappointing to be treated like this. The really sad part for them is that a much larger customer recommended them. They've lost far more business than just mine.
