Jane, the owner manager did unintentionally punched in a wrong order as we came almost closing time. But she immediately noticed it and offered the refund then corrected the order. Along the way, both of us doesnt know if the charge pushed thru as something like $3.24 is floating as we used a prepaid gift card.
Though both of us not sure if we were debited, she still offered items worth more than the supposed amount.
In the end she did not let us walk away without giving us something. We decline but she insisted.
A perfect example of customer service.
This is our 3-5 time been in this branch but for sure we will go back. Excellent customer service!

Asia City Express was its previous name. Fried rice, chicken, and carrots are the foods I remember eating the most. It's the city's greatest Chinese fast food. Now switch to a hot dog instead of Chinese fast food. It used to be the greatest Chinese fast food, therefore I'm really dissatisfied. I long for those times. I'd want to reminisce about fried rice, Chinese fast food, chicken, and carrot-topped veggies.

The food here is sooo good, I literally crave the corn dogs almost every day. The price is not the most amazing ever but it’s definitely not bad.

Atmosphere is very chaotic. The door ringing everytime is very loud. Service was friendly. Corn dog was good but took quite awhile to get. Also, if you order drinks it's a different payment than the corn dogs. So two separate charges. Not a lot of seating for people waiting for their food.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would s acceptable but very awkward in a wheelchair. You must enter from the door facing Jefferson, not from the parking lot.

Im not even kidding when i say me and my friend come here weekly. We always tend to try smth new and always keep going back to our favourites. Anything new we try never seems to disappoint. The first few months we only had one complaint and it was that it didnt have any seating but now they do ?. The workers are super nice and we've even been complimented a few times. The prices are great especially for the quality you get. Definately my favourite place to eat out
