Went to sing karaoke on Thursday. The karaoke host was welcoming and the people friendly. The waitresses and the security guy were super friendly. I ordered the Chicken Fingers with honey dill sauce. They were excellent, crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I played pool in between songs. So many pool tables, no need to wait on a table.

I went to watch my niece Sandy while she hosted karaoke. Had nachos and potato skins while we were there and they were delicious.All the staff were friendly and fun, even the doorman/security made us feel welcome.Would highly recommend for any group gatherings/celebrations. Definitely worth the trip down Portage AvenueDietary restrictions: Serving staff were knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Can only have basic gluten free (no pasta or pizza) but there are other options
It was awesome! I enjoyed a date night with my girlfriend playing pool, listening to Karaoke and eating nachos! Mm goof nachos!Parking: Parking must be done on the street nearby, which can be hard to find but again not bad on the location!

Very poor and disappointing experience. Quality Customer service was only for the ‘select few’.When tried ordering food, i was informed from waitress that the owner only cooks food for people ‘he likes’. Her words, at that point we left and will never go back.** to your reply **i base my facts from experience, and experience alone. Not whispers.After being told, that the kitchen is being closed due to a high volume of customers,which is fair and understandable.I see orders of food being cooked and later served, 30/40 minutes later.When i asked, “ I thought the kitchen is closed?”Waiter replies “take it up with my boss, he only serves people he likes”.Either your employees are liars and for some terrible reason of their own, not willing serve ‘certain customers’. or; you (the owner) are in the wrong business and just as distasteful.regardless of pointing fingers, any business that tolerates that type of behaviour and unprofessionalism isn’t a business i’d like to support or promote.

Fun, nice, relaxing atmosphere. Clean billadd tables and accesable dart boards. Husband almost got into a fight with someone who appeared to have had too much prior to arriving, after their conversation the other guy was escorted out, we felt safe.
