Very unprofessional and poor service. I ordered 2 manchurians from online and got only 1 for delivery. The manager was so rude and the audacity she had to tell us to pick the food from the restaurant when the fault was from their end when we specifically mentioned her we don't have car to pick up . Who made her the manager when she doesn't know how to handle such situations. She said she can't deliver the food or refund us the amount and told us that she will call back and let us know but didn't called us back. Don't order from online . The manager lady was so arrogant and bossy . No refund, no compensation, no food delivery was made later on.

The food was great ? it worths the money and the visit, actually I am planning to invite family or friends to this restaurant ?...the only thing that upset us was the waitress: she was rude and ignorant....it was our first time in this restaurant and had no idea about the menu and she didn't bother herself to explain to us .... anyway we had a great time and the manager was nice to us and fixed the problem

I’m really disappointed with what happened today night. I placed an order through Uber Eats before your store closed and waited for it. The Uber driver called me and said he spoke to your staff, who initially told him the order was ready. However, after checking again, your staff admitted it was a mistake and the order wasn’t even prepared. The driver also reported this to the app.
If you cannot handle orders, you should update your availability on Uber Eats instead of wasting customers’ time. I waited for over an hour. This is incredibly frustrating, and I expect you to take action to make things right. This level of service is unacceptable.
In the past this has been one of our families favourite restaurants. At one point we were ordering or eating at every week. I’ve provided great reviews in the past as well. I am thinking there maybe has been a management change to reflect the downturn in service quality. I recently ordered a butter chicken meal for 21 people for take out. The amount of butter chicken provided was close to 4 large butter chicken orders but it was almost twice as expensive or the 4 large as they also charge extra for the rice. This was about enough for 10 people not 21. This isn’t exaggerated at all either as I showed them the comparison. They didn’t care. I’ll keep going on complaints now. Also on one recent experience while dining in the staff officered us the more private room over the phone as we were a big party of 14. No other details were provided. I told everyone that was where we were sitting. Others arrived before me to find the waitress say that they made a mistake and that there was an up-charge for this space. I advised that we were offered the space by them but they already set our table to be in the open space prior to arriving. I was already embarrassed so I didn’t go further with the manager. No one even used the private space while we were there. It was really a bad choice for the rest of the restaurant as we were loud with laughing and talking. I let it go at that time but after this rip off butter chicken order I’m annoyed. I even waited to make this review to see if it was worth it. I’ll throw another one in as well now too. My kids ordered mild butter chicken meals as they normally do but it came hot and they couldn’t eat as they normally do(I would say possibly 50 times plus they have order this same meal) I politely mentioned it and I was told some baseless excuse about yogurt not being in it(that would be the cooks issue). Nothing was done. I let that go too. After years of eating here the restaurant has lost its appeal to me lately. All of these issues are from this year. I loved dining here prior.
