Food was outstanding. Had the Turkish eggs and cashew & banana chai seed pudding. My tag along had the fried chicken on toast. Everything was very divine. Will be back for sure.
they're cookin back there like their life depends on it and it shows
Absolutely- HANDS DOWN the best food we had while in Winnipeg. Will go back in a heartbeat
It’s a busy place with good reason Clementine Cafe ticks all the boxes great staff excellent coffee fantastic selection of food. The best café in Winnipeg the only one I’ve returned to while visiting Winnipeg. Well done guys you’ve got what it takes to keep me coming back for more. The only thing missing on your great menu is a good traditional Eggs Benedict, just saying. Love it at Clementine’s rock on guys. Just a heads up though people if you don’t want to wait get here early for breakfast the place packs up fast.
Their matcha was mediocre. Haven't had their food though.
BEST BRUNCH PLACE IN THE CITY! I love the vibe and the food is great!
Solid breakfast place with fun options. Some more traditional offerings were missing. Great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend the lamb breakfast sandwich.
Better to make a reservation if you don't want to wait
Arguably one of the best brunch spots in Winnipeg. Got the Brussels waffles and my partner got the eggs Benedict. Both dishes were amazing and worth returning for. Very reasonably priced meals and drinks for the quality you get. Only negative thing I would have to say is expect a wait, but that speaks to the demand this place experiences.
Great little Winnipeg gem! The menu items are all unique and delicious. Just make sure you come during off-hours as it gets quite busy and you'll need to wait a while for a table. Worth the wait though!

Cute brick descent into the cozy restaurant for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and my mushroom toast was so flavorful. The bread was toasted and fluffy, and a generous slice. Very good stop!
One of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to!
Modern but cozy. Refined yet simple. Just right in all fronts.
In all honesty, the Braised Bacon Benedict was an absolute masterpiece. The bacon was unbelievable - a hint of maple, juicy texture, yet a light crisp finish. The eggs were poached to perfection. Hollondaise sauce was ample in both flavor and portion - delightful in flavor yet a lightness that never overpowered the main characters of the dish. A total class act!
A big thank you to the lovely service team!
My favourite brunch place when I'm in Winnipeg!
I've tried many of the dishes and nothing has disappointed. All the food has been amazing! Service is excellent and cute atmosphere. Usually a 20 min wait but always worth the wait!!
It can be quite loud and the waits are lengthy but staff and food are always amazing! Clementine never disappoints!
I went to Clementine for the first time a few years ago and finally made it back recently. Honestly, the first visit left a stronger impression, the food and coffee were just better that time. Not sure if it’s just nostalgia or if something actually changed, but this time around, while still decent, it didn’t quite hit the same way.
Be prepared to wait because this place gets packed, and parking isn’t the easiest either (definitely factor that into your plans). That being said, the atmosphere is nice, the food is still solid, and it’s a decent spot if you’re willing to be a bit patient. Probably not a place I’d rush back to regularly, but it’s a good option if you’re downtown and craving brunch.
