I'm personally obsessed with this Cafe. I usually travel 2.5hrs from Kenora to eat here. I wish I lived closer so I could try other menu options but Turkish eggs and spicy cucumbers are my go to. Praises to the chefs because my dish is consistently amazing. I usually travel alone so no wait times. The rare time I have traveled with friends we had to wait a little over 30 mins but I think its worth it.
I also love the fact they don't have the same boring traditional breakfast menu that literally EVERY single restaurant in the nation has.
It's perfect. Im in love. Please never change.
Also parking is only difficult because nobody in winnipeg knows how to park considerately.

Came for a work birthday lunch.
This is an established place and its unique atmosphere is wonderful. You're able to see staff in the kitchen preparing and it's easy to hear one another as you're talking.
I ordered the fried cheese cheeseburger as per the servers recommendation! Wow, so juicy and flavourful. There wasn't anything else included with the burger, all sides were extra. So we ordered the chimi potatoes and they were really really good. Would have actually liked traditional fries with the sauce on it but I see what they are doing.
We shared a Rootbeer pudding for dessert. It's very delicious with butterscotch notes, and a wonderful crunchy element.
One of our guests got the fried chicken on sourdough toast and it looked soooooo yummy. They said it was very very good. It's worth the trip. It's a bit pricy but you are getting what you pay for. Good quality food, tasty dishes and great service and atmosphere.

Ive never had a bad meal hear, and surprisingly I was able to get bar seating for 3 without waiting. Staff is super friendly and the food is to die for!

So delicious! We came here for brunch after many recommendations and were not disappointed. There was a little wait, maybe 10 minutes, but the staff were super nice and attentive. The food was incredible, the chicken on toast was amazing and the smoked steelhead trout was so good. The fried potatoes were delicious, and we really had a great time. Would love to go again!
