Easily my favorite place in the city for brunch! The food is always top notch and the vibe is super nice. They don't take reservations tho so arrive early and be prepared to wait a bit but its definitely worth it!

Love the chicken on toastAnd the side potatoes. Love the sauce.Only things is be prepared for slow service during peak hours. It can be challenging to get help promptly, such as asking for utensils or extra dishes.

It was a busy afternoon, but we were promptly seated. The ladies were all very lovely! I ordered a caramel latte, which was the perfect amount of sweetness (I don't like too sweet). For brunch I ordered the Brussels style waffle with a side order of maple braised bacon. The bacon came as 3 very thick cut pieces and was nice and tender. The waffle... omg was so good! I was so impressed with how light and fluffly yet crispy the waffle was! I particularly loved the sour cherry compote that topped it.I would definitely go back and order this again!

It's a cute little spot I hadn't tried before! I had the burger and a caramel latte. Both were delicious. The chili on the burger has a spicy kick to it, and the amount of pickles is perfection. Didn't have to wait too long to be seated and the burger alone was very filling. My tablemate had Turkish Eggs with a side of bacon. I have never seen bacon so thick at a restaurant before. Both plates looked really nice. The other takeout was really quick. Thanks guys ♡

The Hype is RealTried this place while visiting Winnipeg based on many positive reviews I read onlineVerdict: this place knows how to take breakfast standards and elevate them by playing with ingredient and flavour combinations and texturesMany before me have done a much better job at describing and reviewing their food and experiencesThat said, here's a quick summary of my experienceFoodEggs Benedict - thicker cut bacon, hollandaise with a slight enjoyable tang, eggs poached to perfectionBreakfast potatoes - a dill vegan aioli drizzled on top with a sprinkling of green onion - an enjoyable biteEnded with root beer pudding - yes, please, also interesting, light and deliciousThese folks get that we eat with our eyes and they nailed itMy partner and fried chicken on toastIt was visually appealing but also tasty based on the one bite I was able to sneakTo drink: London Fog, also deliciousServiceGreat server, friendly, answered all of our questions, made great recommendations around what menu items paired well, attentive, service was quickPrices are very reasonableAtmosphereCool, cozy, funkySummaryWinnipeg, this place is a real gemI'll definitely go back if I ever find myself in Winnipeg again

Great place for breakfast. I love the Waffles, Smoked Artic Char and Maple Braised Bacon. For drinks, I recommend The Dude and Grapefruit Mimosa.

Our breakfasts didn't last long enough for us to take photos! We're from out of town, and fellow out of towner friends had recommended this hidden gem for breakfast.I honestly don't know why I'd go anywhere else for breakfast when back in the city.Everything at our table was delicious, the service was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the vibe that the atmosphere gave.Cannot wait to go back!

This is my favourite brunch cafe in Winnipeg, recommended by a well-known chef. The food is amazing, the service is great, and the waffles and arctic char are my favourites. They also make excellent specialty coffee.Vegetarian options: They do have great vegetarian dishes.Parking: There is plenty of parking available, but it is paid during the weekdays both on street and in parking lot. However, street parking is free on weekends.Kid-friendliness: This location is not stroller-friendly as it is only accessible by a staircase.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, the place is located in a lower level. Stairs is the only access therefore, this is not accessible for those who has wheelchair.

I picked the wrong dish. Not a big fish fan and I ordered the Artic Char. Very strong fish taste. Pinto beans were good. Want to return to try something
