Great customer service. Always a sample to try. Challah bread is my number one . Only on Fridays and Saturdays. Call in the am to reserve some otherwise they will be gone by the time you get there. I discovered the place and now can't buy bread elsewhere.

Picked up some fresh baked goods this morning and the guy at the front counter helping us out was exceptional. So friendly and welcoming and offered us free samples! I wish I got his name but he deserves a raise if he's not already the manager or owner. Thanks for a pleasant experience, you don't get those kinds of interactions very often these days. The baked goods are delicious as well!

Cobs bread is easily the best bakery I've ever been to in my life. The bread is always soft and fresh and the piece de resistance is the staff. The staff is always friendly, attentive and kind. This is my place to go in Winnipeg for carbs/bread.

The service at COBS is fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The aroma inside the store is wonderful. I went at the end of the day, so there was not much left on the shelves. A testament to tasty bread.

Super delicious chocolate croissant chocolate-y without getting too chocolate-y. Parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, but worth it to get some well made baked goods.
I was underwhelmed by the bakery choices and taste. We tried a variety including the cruffins, danishes, and ham and Swiss twisty bread. Everything was just 'meh'. It was my first time trying but I probably won't go back with so many better bakery choices in the city. The service was friendly and helpful.
