Never had any issues here. Probably the best Matcha I've tasted in this city. Staff are always happy to help as quickly as possible, prices are manageable, and the consistency of the great taste never ceases to brighten up my day.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entire strip mall is wheelchair accessible. However, entitled customers think its a great way to go in and out of stores quicker. Yell at them :P

my first time trying milk tea from this cafe, I’m quite impressed with how efficient the staff was there! I only paid 7$ for my drink but definitely worth it, very favourable and the right kind of cool too. I’m definitely gonna head back here and try other flavours too :)

I paid $7+ to be served milk on ice!!! I ordered 2 different flavors and was disappointed they tasted like nothing. Those who commented its the best bubble tea or cheapest place are clearly lying to themselves. I cannot understand how this place is still in business.

Also, please hire staff who can understand and speak English. I asked the server if the taro slush is comparable to bubble tea and she kept repeating "its a slush" and so I asked, "what on your menu has the consistency of bubble tea?" And she repeated "it's a slush" and looked at her colleague who looked at me as if I was stupid and repeated, "it's a slush", and then spoke their own language to eachother. I stepped back and didn't order anything but my husband and son did. Waste of time and money.

I came to the McPhillips location to order their barbie drink to get the free stickers and cooler bag but only found out that they had no more because I had to ask. They didn’t tell me during the time I made my order so if I didn’t ask, I would’ve gotten the drink without the free merch. Don’t you think you should tell customers you don’t have the items that are advertised with the drink? The drinks tasted fine although the pearls were semi hard. The ATMOSPHERE on the other hand… DISGUSTED. The windows were SOOO dusty customers started to write in the pile of dust. Not only that but there was a COCKROACH near the ordering area which is very close to the toppings bar. Please clean your store or I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Great Customer service will always make up for bad product. We clearly ordered just one pearl milk tea but they charged 2 orders and when I asked for clarification they did not care. They are rude, and least they could do is to offer a coupon for the next order since they made a mistake. Very rude just like what other reviews say, I order here always but never going to again even though I enjoy Coco. Would rather buy elsewhere.

Customer service is awful. I was able to just buy more bubble on the side anywhere bubble tea store. They will just charge me extra. Co Co on McPhillips will sale it as well. But for some reason they said the owner will not sale it anymore. And the sale agent is not polite at all. I can't see why they can't sale it. If you order bubble tea, you add extra bubble , they will just charge you extra $0.5 for it. so what is the different to sale the bubble on the side. If they don't want business, that is fine. We will never go back and give them business any more, we used to order very often with also company order. Will not anymore. The owner will not gain our family , friends and company's business if they are not willing to make the customer happy.

When I arrived in the store location I was ignored for a couple of mins even though there was two employees looking at me. Afterwords I asked if I could order and the employees sighed and rolled their eyes, even though the store was empty. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. Although I enjoyed the drink, the experience wouldn’t make me a repeat customer. They should hire people that actually want to work there.
