Great Customer service will always make up for bad product. We clearly ordered just one pearl milk tea but they charged 2 orders and when I asked for clarification they did not care. They are rude, and least they could do is to offer a coupon for the next order since they made a mistake. Very rude just like what other reviews say, I order here always but never going to again even though I enjoy Coco. Would rather buy elsewhere.

Customer service is awful. I was able to just buy more bubble on the side anywhere bubble tea store. They will just charge me extra. Co Co on McPhillips will sale it as well. But for some reason they said the owner will not sale it anymore. And the sale agent is not polite at all. I can't see why they can't sale it. If you order bubble tea, you add extra bubble , they will just charge you extra $0.5 for it. so what is the different to sale the bubble on the side. If they don't want business, that is fine. We will never go back and give them business any more, we used to order very often with also company order. Will not anymore. The owner will not gain our family , friends and company's business if they are not willing to make the customer happy.

I ordered a Taro Slush with pearls. The drink was delicious! However, the customer service was awful. When I arrived in the store location I was ignored for a couple of mins even though there was two employees looking at me. Afterwords I asked if I could order and the employees sighed and rolled their eyes, even though the store was empty. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. Although I enjoyed the drink, the experience wouldn’t make me a repeat customer. They should hire people that actually want to work there.

I like the brown sugar milk tea with pearl and pudding. The first time we purchased in mcphillips we waited 10-15 minutes just to get our orders plus another 15 minutes to receive our order. So the next time we just ordered online and we indicated what time we want to pick it up. It works for us.
