I had the worst experience at a bubble tea shop—the service was awful, and the taste was just okay. The two workers were chatting the whole time, and when I asked a question, they were super rude. They were really stingy with the toppings too. It’s nothing like Bon Lab. This is the last time I’m getting CoCo bubble tea, and I’m telling my friends to avoid it.

First time with the kids, the yakult mixed drinks were to die for. So delicious!

I come every week for b/s milk tea. However, for the last month, the drink quality and service completely decreased. They were 2 staffs at night to one staff. And this staff did very slow. 3 weeks in a row, she made all wrong my favorite drink or made it worse.
At first, I asked for 50% sugar, she made 100%. The second time, the b/s sugar still had the solid brown sugar at the bottom, it made the drink very sweet, and I had to throw away. The last time (June 17, 10:20 pm), she forgot one of my drink when I ordered 4. And I am speechless when I saw her put the cream into my drink which I never ask for. I am completely tired and never come back this store. If the manager can see this feedback, please review it

Staff refused to take the bubbles and jellys out of my drink despite it being an allergy. Very unacceptable. Came in Friday at 6:30

Convenient location near Outlet collection.Mango green tea is tasty and has a good size of cups.Prices are okay, and the sitting area is also good.Overall, their prices are good, location is great and service is efficient.The guy who was making the tea should wear gloves once cleaning the service glasses and serving.

I remembered I ordered jasmine milk tea but they gave me taro milk tea. I noticed it right away. They insisted that I said it wrong and wouldn’t exchange it for me. Not very understandable and I don’t know why they are so confident that I was wrong.
