I used to be a regular customer at Kolosimo and got coffee there every day. I’ve worked as a barista myself and know what a quality drink should be like. Some employees make it well, but others clearly lack the basics—milk is either overheated or underheated, there’s no latte art, and the service is lacking. The staff often seem unfriendly and uninterested, which makes the experience disappointing

Cute little place. Coffee and baking we purchased was good. Staff however, not very friendly or welcoming which doesn't want to make you return.

Staff was generally friendly and helpful, shop was clean and welcoming, the coffee was fantastic. Only complaint is my sandwich wasn’t heated as much as I’d like - but they did offer to, and warm it for me so I can’t complain much. Maybe just like…double check the temp next time.

A quaint coffee roaster confidently located near many tourist attractions in the heart of Winnipeg. The coffee was hot, the food was fresh and we truly enjoyed it finding on an early morning brisk walk. I was introduced to my first "Pro-nut," a donut made with protein that my daughter enjoyed.

I had to visit a doctor at Sport Manitoba, and on my way out decided to try a mocha here... and wow, it was absolute perfection. Soooooo delicious!

I 10/10 recommend this place and I will definitely be back to try more of their coffee menu. I'm so happy to have found this place!
