Colosimo Coffee Roasters Cafe

Tried this place again...still unfriendly, uninterested staff working. Asked for a latte with oatmilk...when beverages were ready, daughter went to pick up and guess she realized no oatmilk...then asked if we really needed it with oatmilk?? Um, pretty sure I paid extra for oatmilk....she then makes it again. Who does that? Don't think we'll be back. I think they need to do better.

I visited this café for the first time yesterday because I wanted to try their coffee. While waiting in line, my attention was caught by the protein pastries with no added sugar — I just had to try one! I usually don’t eat sweets, especially donuts, but these looked different.
The cashier kindly mentioned that the donut was gluten-free, so it might not be as fluffy — I appreciated the honesty. I decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m so glad I did.
The coffee was delicious, but the donut truly surprised me — it was fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet, with that light feeling you get from gluten-free baking. I left with such a positive impression, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back again.

Disgusting sour coffee ! Terrible espresso !!

Bar far the best cafe in the city in my opinion. Best location, best brew, and the baristas don’t have attitude, this is how you run a cafe eh!

I used to be a regular customer at Kolosimo and got coffee there every day. I’ve worked as a barista myself and know what a quality drink should be like. Some employees make it well, but others clearly lack the basics—milk is either overheated or underheated, there’s no latte art, and the service is lacking. The staff often seem unfriendly and uninterested, which makes the experience disappointing
