We order Chinese food every year on Christmas Day. We used to order from anther well known restaurant, but the last 3 years messed up or order, even forgetting about our preorder last year. Comodos food is absolutely delicious!!!! We found our new spot!!!

Have been a loyal customer for around 7 years now.. Never had a complaint until today.. 70$ for 4 dishes that were cold.. the sweet and sour sauce was so cold as if it just came out of the fridge. And the fried rice was rock hard. Brought back the food and asked for a refund, just to get yelled at by the lady there and told that we lying and even grabbed my hand harshly to feel the “Luke warm” container. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING… Very disappointing business. Save yourself a disappointment and go somewhere else.
UPDATE: I seen the pathetic comment that comodo wants to respond with while I was expressing an experience I had with their restaurant this evening, December 6th 2025… There was a party of 4 people.. we all each put a tad of food on each of our plates and as we were sitting at the dining table we all looked at each other in disbelief with how unsatisfying the food was. WE went OUT OF OUR WAY to return your mistake of a “meal” in a simple matter of receiving a refund. We told you over the phone that we are frequent customers of yours and that we just want our money back. And even said that it was OKAY when you guys ruined our birthday dinner. So instead of making things RIGHT you decided to scold us. You guys are a joke. It’s okay! You guys lost a customer and I will 100% not recommend your “restaurant”. Anyways! Have a nice day 👍🏽

i REALLY struggle to find good chinese food, and after a lot of searching i decided to order takeout from here. as soon as i opened the container, i knew it was going to be delicious. the chicken chow mein has authentic flavour, and the portion is hefty! the chicken balls came in a take out container that had to be closed by an elastic due to the size. the sweet and sour pork is meaty, and not cartilage-y. its a little pricey, but you’re definitely getting delicious, sincere food. this is my new favourite chinese place in the city. super glad i decided upon this place!!!!

The food was okay. Kind of bland. But the restaurant itself was in a terrible need of cleaning. It was really dirty. If I would have known it was that bad I wouldn't have eaten there
Everything tasted so fresh, and delicious 🤤. The breading used for the shrimp and veal is so light and crispy, and the vegetables are cooked perfectly, will definitely order again.
I ordered from skip and the rice and veggies on the combo plate had a very odd taste, like old used oil that hadn't been changed in a while. The only palatable item from the plate were the sweet and sour chicken balls, and even then they were not fantastic. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Ordered from Skip the Dishes. Everything tasted and looked the same. Could not figure out what was beef and what was pork. Tasted yucky and couldn’t finish one plate. Had 9 dishes and spent $134.00 and didn’t even get a free white rice or fortune cookies. Never will I order from Comodo again.

Ordered take out. If you like real Chinese food this isn't the place to order from. Worst Chinese food ever extremely bland and tastes just like the frozen stuff you buy at Safeway. No egg in the fried rice even. I would not recommend this place
