Horrible service. Only the owner could serve at the in-store drink counter. They turned their back as we approached and began talkiing to an acquaintance at length. Walked out after at least 10 minute wait. I'll never step foot in there again

Everything is beautiful except the smell/flavour of the coffee beans and the customer service. I bought a bag of Colombian Beans (medium roasted). The beans were very dark roasted (???) and had a weird old boot smell (very old beans, for sure). I could hardly recognize it as coffee, but I decided to try it anyway and made myself an expresso shot. I don't know what was worse: the taste of that coffee or the customer service when I tried to return that thing. No refund, no gift card. They only felt sorry that I didn't like the beans. Mellita Colombian medium roast beans are 3 times less expensive and taste really good. Cornelia Bean never again.
