Excellent customer service. Not sure if I spent too long in BC but coming back here to have these guys so nicely bring the water to my car is just so incredibly kind!Love this place! Set up an account immediately and have my water delivery schedule for next Monday. Monthly delivery for only $5! There’s a premium on the bottles but it’s only $2 more. I paid $49.28 a month to rent reverse osmosis machine (2 gallon capacity) in my apartment and this is cheaper than that.

I expected clean distilled water. I understand that some remineralization is necessary, but I tested a couple of fresh 5gal jugs and they were all 8.5-9.0.For reference, natural spring water has a ph 8.1.The website has Zero information on what minerals are used and at what concentrations. Am amazed as every other water company has that information readily available.

Missed Deliveries, never a manager around, the accountants are never available to discuss mystery charges on our account. 4 months waiting for our refund. No call back, no refund. This is THE WORST run business in Winnipeg. Stay away.

I am giving a rating of 2/5 because every once in a while we come across a batch of water that has a moldy taste and smell and we have to end up dumping the jug of water. The problem is when you go out and get water jugs at a retail store, Corpell's is pretty much what you will find out there. So we just take a risk and hope that the water we bring home is okay. So, I am a little frustrated with regards to lack of consistency and also wondering how clean/sterile their facilities are if sometimes the water has this quality. I 100% agree with Gina Hiebert's review, 2 reviews below!

We tried to make arrangements with Corpell's through the sales manager Ryan. We we re looking for monthly delivery of 5 regular bottles and 1 Distilled. They were given a Pre Authorized Debit form and were instructed to pull the payment on the 15th of every month. I had dealt with them in the past and "thought" we had a good relationship with them.They tried to pull the payment on the 1st, not the 15th and it came back hitting us with $50 NSF fee. They did not contact us nothing was said until I discovered the issue when we went to order more bottles. Spoke with the Account Manager and she had arranged to take payment on the 15th of Feb as they should have done on the 15th.Instead I find out today that the Sales Manager cancelled our delivery she had cleared up, instead they entered our home, took our bottles and took off leaving our door wide open swinging in the wind for 3 hours.When I went to try and sort this out, I was forwarded back to the same Sales Manager who had stated "he knew who I was" told me some ridiculous story about how I was allergic to water, yet could not provide me with any factual information. He was very hostile on the phone, smug and arrogant and told us that "they had a thick file on us". What that is supposed to mean I will never know. He told me "We were not worth discussing this matter any further and hung up on me".I tried to contact the President of the Company which is owned by L'eau 1 Incorporated. However I was told he was away for the week as his son had Covid.I looked back through our records and found we had always paid on time when we dealt with them more than 8 years ago. It seems this is NOT the same company we used to think highly of and what it has now become seems sad in comparison.I would recommend you stay away from this business.

On several occasions now we had random 5 gallon water bottles purchased at Steinbach Co-op that had a terrible taste. As if it had been overheated.
