Service was extremely slow, 15 minutes before I got my drink and 45 mins wait for my food. Got their @ 11:40. Portion size was small for the price. I will not be going back

I've been wanting to try this place for a few months, but, to say the least, the location is a bit out of the way. But OMG- I am so glad I finally made it. The food is amazing. Had the Pork belly Benedict- so good. Must come back to try the Chicken Waffles.

In a world where other restaurants think that a "Chicken and Waffles" dish consists of Heated up frozen chicken fingers and Eggo Waffles... Crème is a gaping breath of the freshest air. Such a simple dish turned gourmet. Their secret sauce for the dish... is the sauce. A rich hollandaise with maple glaze smothers the dish and excites the taste buds. Their waffles are fresh and very crispy. An interesting flip on the traditional dish. The spicy rendition was a little too much for me, it packed a punch that kept my water glass empty. May it never leave their menu.

Amazing fusion restaurant! Every dish they make is well thought out, with great flavors and textures. Seasonal menu updates, and for the spice lovers out there they have a "wall of Flame" if you manage to eat theirs crazy spicy Chicken and waffles dish (they also have a spice free version if you just want to enjoy some great flavors instead of lighting your mouth on fire.)

Had the Braised pork belly hash and was pleasantly surprised. From the first bite to scraping the last piece of corn off the plate, the entire dish was packed full of flavor. Would definitely take people here more often

Slow service when me and my friends went there. The food taste and serving was not worth it's price.

This place is great! We are visiting from Grand Forks for our nine year anniversary and this was some of the best food we have had on out trip thus so far. The food was great, the presentation fantastic, and the staff was really nice. I wish we loved locally since we would be a regular if so. Would recommend!

In a town full of excellent restaurants this is the best. Winnipeg has a shockingly wonderful food scene and it has provided me with some of the most amazing meals I've ever had but the spicy chicken and waffles here the high water mark. This should be a jewel in the Exchange District but instead it is in a strange little building and looks unimpressive from the outside. Don't let the looks fool you Adding to this post: the chef here should be given the Order of Canada. He is a genius.

This might be the finest example I've ever encountered of the old adage "you can't judge a book by its cover." You have to work to get here - the restaurant is out of the way, the outside looks like a bomb shelter and the decor looks like some kids went to ikea to replace the seating in a burned out legion hall. It's not promising. Then the food comes to the table. These guys are serving the best Chicken and Waffles I've ever had. Full stop. The (chicken fat) waffles dissolve like cotton candy in your mouth, the chicken is perfectly seasoned and fried. I'm certain the rest of the menu is spectacular, but I feel like this is one of those restaurants where I never try another item on the menu. I won't go for chicken and waffles anywhere else in Winnipeg. And now that I think of it, I'll bet I will just wish I was in Winnipeg any time I get it in another city.

Crème is a restaurant with an interesting and delicious take on brunch. It is one of the few brunch places to eat at in the north-end. They have a variety of coffee options, which is a must for a brunch place. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles if it's your first time. The only thing is that they have odd business hours, so make sure to check what time they're open before you decide to go. Other than that it's a great place to have in the north-end.

It's good, real good.

Great, killer brunch with dessert and drinks made to perfection. Excellent service. Dessert bread putting was underwhelming for my taste although my party loved it. Have to revisit try different menu items.

Best service I've had in a while. Very casual and welcoming atmosphere. Too bad I'm a little sick, but from what I could taste the food was very good and it was very visually appealing.
