The Smoothie does not taste good since it has zero sugar. I asked them to add sugar, but they did not have it. It's so frustrating, a waste of money! I've never been to a place that sells drinks and does not have sugar available. And the worst, they did not do refund!

The portions are TINY! I got the BEIRUT FATTOUSH and it was so disappointing. It was $15 and I should’ve went next door to KimChi to get a nice big bowl of Korean BBQ Kalbi Mix for for the same price. I won’t be coming back here again

The staff has a bad attitude The portions are meager, it seems that they even count the portion of rice they serve, they literally counted the pieces of raw onion they served!!
Being in such a competitive place they should give better service and portions that encourage the customer to return, I will definitely not return
Tried to redeem my free sandwich or smoothie for my bday on the app and they couldn’t even process the app! They advertise to download their app for rewards but they don’t even accept it!! Was not impressed at all and now my bday reward will expire…
Very Dissappointing, service is very slow. We ordered power plant burrito such an ugly wrap ever. Wrap was very dry and hard veggies was no fresh at all and quinoa balls wasnt smashed in the wrap, no sauce at all on the wrap. Wasnt able to eat that dried food. Such a waste of money.
