Haven’t been to Cultures for a while, was pleasantly surprised by the fresh variety that they offer. The service was very efficient and friendly. I ordered a brown rice bowl and a smoothie. My bowl was fresh and delicious lots of options to customize it. My smoothie was incredible!! I added protein powder too . I had to go back and get another the next time I was in the mall. My new healthy favourite. Great prices too and they have an ap and loyalty !!! Great job

This used to be my go to when looking for a quick healthy meal when shopping at polo but my last visit was incredibly disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I’m not sure what the owner is smoking but the prices were dramatically hiked, to the point where a smoothie and bowl cost over $28. Their smoothie is now one size only 28oz, who wants that??? and they changed their flavours opting for cheaper ingredients like pineapple juice? Like, thanks for the blood sugar spike! And there is no longer a vegan option for smoothies. The green smoothie with avacodo was so good and they completely ruined it.
They’ve always been a bit skimpy with ingredients especially protein but it’s much worse now I had just 2 or 3 small pieces of tempeh in the Bangkok curry bowl, and a overwhelming amount of rice and red onion.
The only thing that hasn’t changed is the customer service which is still awful, never have I once been greeted politely in the 15 or so times I’ve been to this place.
Sadly its one of the only healthy options in the food court, but I honestly think I’d rather starve than pay so much for such a crappy meal.
The service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t bother helping me choose a dressing even when i asked. The salad ingredients didn’t taste fresh at all, the veggies were limp and the rice was dry. For bowl that is also small
that cost $16, I expected much better quality and at least decent customer service.
I felt like a waste of money. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
As you can see, there are giant unseparated chunks of onion, a crazy amount of onion to attempt to eat in one bite. So I had to separate them myself with my hands- in public- just to make it eatable.
Absolutely 0 effort was put in to make this.
They also missed two of the ingredients in my build-your-own bowl. The was no kale or chipotle Caesar
Sauce for the bowl. Just dry ingredients.

I got the turkey Apple Brie sandwich. I got the thinnest single slice of apple on it I had to check to see if there was even Brie and apple on the Sammy. The lettuce was so gross I had to remove it completely. I used to love cultures.. sadly I can’t say I’ll be going back anytime soon.
Terrible customer service and food was not good

Employees didn’t wash hands properly before making food. Smoothies were bitter yet tasteless and they argued with me rather than listened. Money literally in the garbage

Had terrible experience. Ordered food 2months back , at the last moment cancel the order and given the reason of orders being send to head office. We tried giving them a second chance but did the exact same thing cancelled order at last moment. After talking with staff they told us to place order again . We did that but then they said no guarantee of delivery timing. Overall had a pathetic experience with them. Never going to try again

I purchased Beirut Fattoush at Polo Park and was disappointed with my meal & service.
For $15 you would expect fresh & more - my salad was made with crunchy white iceberg lettuce (would recommend leaf lettuc…). And there was no corn in it, and three tiny falafel balls … which were not freshly made. The dressing tasted just like kraft dressing out of a bottle. I did not eat my meal, I had chosen cultures for something fresh & good for my body … but canola oil & preservatives are things that I avoid. I’m disappointed, I would not return unfortunately. I used to come here all the time, seems like the ingredients have changed.
Service : I asked for a cup of tap water & was told they “only have bottled water”. With a $15 meal, I would hope they’d provide a cup of water on request. They also weren’t impressed when I asked for a knife to go with my fork + single napkin.

We ordered two smoothies, but one was full of large ice chunks, making it undrinkable, and the other was overly sour. My kids couldn’t drink them at all. When I brought this up to the cashier, she didn’t acknowledge my concern or offer a solution—just an awkward silence. I politely asked if they could be remade since we had barely taken a sip, but she didn’t respond. Eventually, I asked her to throw them away, and again, no response. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

Bad food AND bad service. There are definitely other better options in the food court. Like literally any other option.
