Ordered one item through ubereats and they said it was not available. I cancelled the order within 1 min of updating the cart. And they charged the cancellation fee almost equal to the total order charge showing the reason that the food was already prepared. How come a food can be prepared within 1 min of placing order. It can mean 2 things, they are serving old food or they are always looking to scam through cancellation charges. Not a north american standard of customer service.

Very poor. We ordered 2 butter chickens with rice, a single veggie samosa, and a paratha.
The butter chicken itself was ok, kind of on the spicy side which was good, but odd for an item that's not typically spicy. But the issue I have with this restaurant is portion/cost.
The butter chicken with rice was $17.99. The container containing the butter chicken was SO SMALL. The container was 3.5" in diameter x 2.5" tall!! It contained 4 pieces of chicken. The rice was 3x the amount. Such a rip off compared to other Indian restaurants in Winnipeg.
Finally, I paid for an order of veggie samosa which contains a single samosa. It was the SMALLEST SAMOSA I've ever had at a restaurant and wasn't even served with any sauce. Will never order from here again.

When calling about an issue with ordering online, they literally hang up?? When I called again, the person literally said they don't know and did not try to resolve the issue or transfer me to a supervisor. They frequently make mistakes with online orders, and most of the staff are not knowledgeable about vegetarian/vegan ingredients. Hope they do more training for staff because we do enjoy their vegan options.

Disgrace to the owner to represent our countrys food in this manner and actually spreading a bad influence in our original Bengali cuisine. From atmosphere being like someone's basement from WW2 to tables being greasier than my car engine. On top of that, they got an attitude as if the moment I walked into your door, is like I was some sort of parasite to be gotten rid of. I would rather buy groceries worth 10 dollars and make something better and worthwhile, rather than eating in this place. This place is the first time though, where I tried green coloured butter chicken and the after effect is not very great, I'll tell you that. Even if you do go there *BLINDLY*, Be aware of the owner, Bc I've heard he puts his brain somewhere inside those raw fried chicken that he serves!
