I usually love it here but it seems like lately they are adding less and less food to their take out orders, I got an ackee and salt fish today and it had no taste, no moisture, and it was almost half full for $10. I'm not impressed this time around and I'm pretty disappointed because I drive far to get this food.

What a great place for some of the best food. We stopped for some jerk chicken and added a combo with jerked pork. Food, service, and people were outstanding. Definitely will be stopping to try more items on their menu.

My school ordered them in honor of Black History Month. The first Jamaican food I’ve ever eaten. The jerk chicken was my favourite menu item. I recommend this place.
Vegetarian options: It was surprisingly well for a vegetarian option. The curried chickpeas had a lot of flavour.

We just visited, I had the Small Jerk Chicken plate with Mash Potato and Potato Salad. My partner had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich with Fries.
We walked in, it’s a smaller more intimate location and the service was extremely friendly.
We waited about 20 minutes as they were making fresh Jerk Chivken, and boy - it did NOT disappoint. They have miraculously fluffy Mash Potato Salad- best I have had at a restaurant. The Potato Salad was really good, and the sauces that come with the dish were on point!
I tasted my partners dish and the sandwich was delicious, but I have to tell you - THE FRIES. Perfectly cooked, not even lying these are the best fries I have tasted in the city and would drive over just for a bag. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
They are doing everything right here and should be extremely proud bringing the Caribbean flavors to Winnipeg - they are nailing it!

Was recommended to try this restaurant by a friend, glad we did. Had the ox tail and jerk chicken with bammy and plantains. Wife had the snapper fish with rice. Delicious! Too bad this place is over 8 hours away from where I live!
The baseline burger and fries were not of good quality for the price. Sauce on the burger was fine but no special ketchup, fries were undercooked, burger felt overcooked was hard and chewy not savory. Burger could be a special cultural style so that may account for that by and large the meal cost 20 dollars for what felt like highschool cafeteria food.
