Was a worst first time experience. We waited over 1hr for 4 desserts and which ended up being wrong. First was that the milkshake was wrong, and second was waited another 15 minutes for 1 dessert that didn’t get punched in. spent over $90 altogether and was not worth the experience. Would not go back again

Went out for a birthday celebration, the food was good but the service was borderline negligent. The staff had ordered take out and were eating in the kitchen. We could have walked out without paying the bill and I doubt it would have been noticed. We had to find a server to order dessert and coffee and had to hunt down a server again to pay the bill. No tip for a $45.00 dollar meal. Won’t be going back.

I went to Dspot Café today early in the morning and tried their new breakfast menu item — the Luxurious Pistachio Chantilly. It was absolutely amazing! The pistachio cream with fresh strawberries was such a perfect combination. I also had the Alfredo pasta, and it was just as delicious. Along with the great food, their service was really good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The environment inside is very neat and clean, which makes the experience even better. They also have a wide variety of desserts that are always worth trying. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Went there on a busy night, it was a full house yet they gave us the best service. Our server was soo attentive. Best part was everything is halal. Loved it. Can't wait to come back.

I went to D Spot last night and the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered one scoop ice cream in cups, but one cup had barely half compared to the others. When I asked them to make it equal, the staff rudely said they had “already done us a favour for giving one scoop in cup” and refused to fix it unless we paid for another scoop. They kept arguing. Their attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
We’ve always enjoyed coming here for late-night ice cream, but this experience left us feeling insulted and let down.

This place was amazing! I wish I'd found it sooner. You HAVE to go. I had breakfast, and those buttermilk pancakes were delicious! I also had the velvet cheese cake and it was amazing.

We had visited D-Spot in Kitchener and wanted to try here as well. We certainly over ordered! A lot of their food comes in sharable portions. Order wise!

The price of 1 slice of cheese cake was over $15! That is outrageous! Granted it wasn't terrible, but you can make a whole cheesecake at home for close to that cost. The icecream was crystallized with an unsatisfying texture like it had been refrozen or something. The staff were polite and the place seemed clean. Regardless I will not be back!
