It's a decent size coffee shop. Food was good but the sandwiches are small. When trying to pay the clerk huffed 'what no tip?' when I tried tapping and didn't realize I had to choose a tip option before paying. I thought this was extremely rude and when I asked for cream for my coffee and a water, I was told it was self serve behind me.

I love Daily Grind! It's got the old school Cafe feeling to it, without pretentious baristas, hard wooden chairs and teeny tiny tables. It's got comfy booths, very very friendly staff, bookshelves filled with books you can borrow, a sunny sunroom, and almost always good coffee! My lattes are usually fabulous but every so often I'll get one that tastes a bit burnt?! Won't stop me from going back though. I haven't eaten there often but what I have had was awesome. The chicken pecan salad is so good, I crave it often. Hungarian mushroom soup is a must have and their baked goods are always phenomenal. I recently had a pumpkin scone that was far better than a certain big name coffee joint. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The pumpkin spice latte was good and so big! There are a lot of spaces to study but the glass windows are not ideal on a bright sunny day as you will basically be cooking while sitting there. There are a few outlets, I mostly sat outside of the booths but had access to a plug.
However, the salad and soup I ordered were okay at most. They weren’t bad nor good, just good enough. Otherwise, it was a good place to study, there are going to be lots of people but if you manage to bring headphones, distractions would be minimal.

Excellent coffee! Scrumptious breakfast sandwich. They have a drive-thru, and it is quite comfy inside.
But… I was there at 8:20 and they open at 8 AM and the bathrooms were grungy. In my opinion, the bathroom can make or break a place because if the bathrooms are grungy, what’s going on in the kitchen?
Garbage bins clearly had not been emptied for the start of the day. A little bit of attention given to this place and it could be a full 5 Star.

We went for brunch and had a great breakfast sandwich and excellent coffee. Nice atmosphere with books on the shelves if you're on your own and like to read. The morning sun coming in the big windows added to the coziness!
