According to Consumer Protection Laws, a restaurant may not charge more than the advertised price. This does not seem to bother the owner of this place. I went there for a cone, had the exact change ready but when I got to the drive through window, I was charged 6.04 instead of the 5.39 advertised price. No, it’s not a lot but it’s the principle that matters. It’s illegal and the staff refused to honor the advertised price stating that it’s the new owner, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. And I’m just the staff here. I’m sorry.
How pathetic of the owner to not care about their customers or to put their staff in that position. I used to prefer this location over others but that all changed right then and there. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.
BBB will be notified.
Is the greed for money really worth it? Not in the long run.

This is an updated review. If I could give the service a 0 I would due to a few employees there. Standing in line first. The person come up to the machine and goes help the people behind me. Then takes my order. Goes to make the order then leaves it for 5 minutes melting as they take another order then asks me what your order was. Then goes to the back and gets it half melted blizzard. This is a second time having issues here. I will be going somewhere else now. I have a DQ closer to me but enjoyed the atmosphere here as it was quiet and relaxing to have lunch.

We went to have an icecrean at around 10.55 PM

My wife used the washroom and the flush was not working properly.
The associate came to us and spoke very rudely we were very upset as it was not our mistake.
We said sorry and went outside to have the icecrean as the store was closed

He banged the glass from inside and asked us to leave the premises.

We always come to this location as it nearer to our house.

We will never come back here because the staff is so rude and they don’t deserve to work.
I am so shocked how the management is hiring such a rude associates.

The incident happens on August 17th 10.55 PM.

If you don’t have the right attitude and takes customers for granted you will need to pay the price.

Never get my order right. Other DQs are better staffed. This one lacks experience with a slight language barrier that seems to get the orders incorrect. Doesn't help that getting a meal here is almost 5$ more than anywhere else not even counting getting a blizzard.
