This location expects you to tip now. And it took longer to get my food then any other location.
Super tiny portions, my banana split had next to no ice cream in it. My kids shake had a little tiny dab of whipped cream, the tiniest dallop of whipped cream. Ridiculous for almost $30.
Picked up a poutine today on the app, it was hot and tasted great. Perfect amount of toppings, Friendly staff, store is clean. I will definitely be back.
It's always fresh and delicious. Great service š and always with a smile.
Store owner Wayne is the best. Excellent communication, quick responses and perfectly done cakes. He was able to customize my order. We got a blizzard cake (turtles) with the regular ice cream cake fixings inside including the cookie crunch and the chocolate fudge. Best one to dateš
Took my 2 grand kids for free spring ice-cream cone to find out you needed to use the app and only one per app well my grands are 10 and 4 and donāt own phones to get the free cone very disappointing
Kids should all be free no matter what the age what did they do before the cell phone They just gave you a cone
KIDS DONT HAVE PHONES OR APPS
Very sad watching kids leave crying because parents didnāt have apps š”
Thank goodness I had money to buy the extra cone š
Shame on you Dairy Queen
I donāt have words for just pathetic service, employees were very racist.
Very racist people, no sense of service.
I had an awful experience at this Dairy Queen. When I asked for the washroom key, the employee rudely demanded to know if I was going to order anything. After I said no, he snapped that it wasn't a public washroom. His attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Even though I ended up ordering something, I was shocked to see a tip option for such terrible service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I won't be recommending anyone to go to this location.
I went for a pick up, and the Indian girl was very rude in talking. There was a drink in the order and when I requested her for cup holder, she told me that for one single we are not allowed to give cup holder. Wow soo cheap. I believe they will become rich by saving cup holders.

A smaller and older DQ but still provides the service you would expect. Food was made quickly and the service was good. My Blizzard was made well and I enjoyed my visit here.

Ended up at this location and service was very good. The lady at the front was very welcoming and extremely approachable.
Found it a bit odd that at this location, they keep stringent rules about no refills and needing a key for the bathroom.
They also only give you the exact amount of condiments and napkins you request, youāre not able to grab your own. The lady was very nice and asked how many ketchup packets we needed and only gave us 2 napkins each⦠was a little tight on napkins considering we were eating giant burgers and oily fries. We asked for 4 ketchup packets and it was enough so thankfully did not have to go ask for more.
I feel like this has accessibility concerns since many people like to avoid human interaction nowadays and may not be comfortable going up to the counter during busy meal times to ask for extra things.
Iāve never seen a āno refillā sign at a Dairy Queen before so this was very odd. Probably will not visit this location again, as other nearby locations have better amenities and less rules that made it a little bit uncomfortable to dine in here even though the service we received from the specific lady was great.
Parking: Plenty of parking.

They have to let you in the bathroom and they hold the key so unless they watching to see when you come out of bathroom ? they are going to violate your privacy and let someone else in! I ordered 6 piece chicken fingers and fries and I got a handful of overcooked fries and a tiny amount of honey dill for 6 fingers!!! No disabled friendly bathroom either. Customer service was matter of fact attitudes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathrooms are not wheelchair friendly!

Ordered a very over priced banana split. The toppings were almost nonexistent. The staff are not friendly and they don't offer refills on drinks. How cheap can you be? The new DQ at Sterling Lyon is 1000 tomes better. We will not return to this one.
