Found it a bit odd that at this location, they keep stringent rules about no refills and needing a key for the bathroom.
They also only give you the exact amount of condiments and napkins you request, you’re not able to grab your own. The lady was very nice and asked how many ketchup packets we needed and only gave us 2 napkins each… was a little tight on napkins considering we were eating giant burgers and oily fries. We asked for 4 ketchup packets and it was enough so thankfully did not have to go ask for more.
I feel like this has accessibility concerns since many people like to avoid human interaction nowadays and may not be comfortable going up to the counter during busy meal times to ask for extra things.
I’ve never seen a “no refill” sign at a Dairy Queen before so this was very odd. Probably will not visit this location again, as other nearby locations have better amenities and less rules that made it a little bit uncomfortable to dine in here even though the service we received from the specific lady was great.

They have to let you in the bathroom and they hold the key so unless they watching to see when you come out of bathroom ? they are going to violate your privacy and let someone else in! I ordered 6 piece chicken fingers and fries and I got a handful of overcooked fries and a tiny amount of honey dill for 6 fingers!!! No disabled friendly bathroom either. Customer service was matter of fact attitudes.

Ordered a very over priced banana split. The toppings were almost nonexistent. The staff are not friendly and they don't offer refills on drinks. How cheap can you be? The new DQ at Sterling Lyon is 1000 tomes better. We will not return to this one.

We always take poutine from Dairy Queen. We was at these location and we ordered large size poutine. But the quantity is of medium poutine in large size container also we paid extra for onions hence the onion is there for just name. The quantity of cheese and gray is also less in the end we just eat fries though we ordered poutine. Worse management and first the management should learn the customer service than the staff.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae the worker had zero customer service ability,Rude staff at 420pm on a sunday no public washroom isnt that illegal in a place that serves Icecream , health code violation. Hire some happy students during the summer not some crabby ladys that are so rude. The second person who handed me my Ice cream was so hesitant like i was stealing it. Sliding her hand under the absurd, huge glass barrior blocking me from just having my ice cream. Im sure 100s of canadian students applied for the job too.They also charged me for a cup of ice for my dog. Avoid at all costs just boycot them rude owners dont acknowledge how horrible the service and location is. Look at how they respond to all the bad reviews. Like a little tiny hole in the wall prison. I will never return.

I ordered a 8" birthday cake for my husband, I was given a 10" cake when I told him that I ordered a smaller cake he refused to acknowledge it. He then took off the order form and excused himself for a moment, before returning back and having me pay for a 10" cake when it should've been an 8" cake! I ordered the cake online and have the proof. If the mistake would've been acknowledged this review wouldn't of been made. I won't be returning to dairy queen on grant.

I went to this restaurant to pick up an order and the lady working there is very rude. She told me that i am early so i sat down on a table and then she comes to me and tell me to stand up even though there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. This shows the humanity these people have and also it feels like she was a racist because i am a delivery guy so i am not allowed to sit.

Dark, gloomy, tight. This felt more like a hole in the wall diner.
The restaurant is so small, there is a single road of tables with five booths to choose from. There is a walkway that MUST be the bare minimum for fire inspection. Along the other wall is another five tables, but these are bar height tables and stools.
The cashier that served us treated us like we were interrupting her. I asked for clarification about a sundae, I asked if it was a chocolate fudge sundae, and she looked at me like I was from Mars. We tried to order a cone in addition to the sundae, and she refused to add it, claiming no substitutions. I eventually got through to her letting her know we want BOTH please.
