Incredibly poor customer service. App doesn't work so they don't honor their own coupons. No free refills because of rising costs? What's the cost on a fountain drink, 5 cents? Don't waste your time with this location.

Terrible people own this. Asked for a cup of water for our dog. After we bought an over priced Sunday and very over priced Blizzard. I would not recommend any Dairy Queen. This one is the worst! Just a little water for our dog! Very evil place. I like how the response is just sending you to DQ's main site. Just worse then anything.

I ordered an ice cream cake last Friday for my little one. I noticed last night when cutting her a piece that there was a thick black hair in the ice cream. I called today, but the customer service, communication and understanding from the owner was awful.I will not return to this location on grant and Kenaston due to their personal hygiene issues ( no hand washing and etc) and the poor customer service. Money wasted.

If the staff working in the restaurant has bad quality, then they make food bad quality will not surprise me. I have had the worst experience with this shop, they treat people differently. If you pay for them, they treat you friendly, if you are there for a delivery order, they treat you like you are dirty. l went to pick up a skip order, the employee who was working at the front was kind of racist and didn't allow me to sit on the table while I was waiting for the order to be ready, he mentioned that I couldn't sit because he then have to clean it again. he said it's only for customers even no customer stay there. They placed the disabled table just beside the small table where they assigned drivers to place their thermal bags, and they tried to let all drivers obey their rules, even though drivers were not paid by them. They just think their level is higher than drivers. I also mentioned that I could order for myself then he was like No I know you will not order. Worst service and felt racism and discrimination. Later l will upload photos of this bad store.

Wayne really went above and beyond on our sons birthday cake! I had an idea and he completely brought it to life! I was sent the mark up photo, we had a call to chat about the cake and then I receive a photo of the finished product. Stellar service! Our son loved his cake so much we all laughed about not being able to cut it and eat it. We took a lot of photos and admired it before enjoying it! It was delicious!Thank you for helping to contribute to an awesome birthday for our son.
