Guy at the the drive thru need some customer service skills and manners he was very rude and ignorant

The last 6 times I've come here I always order a #3 meal with no ranch dressing. They have only got the burger right 3 of those times. Either the leave the ranch dressing on or they just forget to add the onion rings to the burger. Paying as much as I am for this burger they should know what is supposed to be on it. I will no longer support this location as I have mentioned their error in the past but have not corrected it or offered and discount on future purchase. Very disappointed with management and staff. See ya never!

Went through the drivethru, got a Strawberry cheesecake blizzard and told them to add Choco chunks, they said okay.. got home and they DID NOT add the Choco chunks yet I got charged for it. I ordered a chicken strip basket as well. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Probably morning/noon batch and by the evening it's already hard and overcooked from the reheating. This places needs to do better.

It's pretty drab inside. Ice cream is a happy occasion. Too many browns and greys in the restaurant. Come to think of it I don't remember it the lights were even on. Need more dairy free ice cream choices. Dilly bars are good but like 6 bucks a piece is cuckoo.

I don't know what changed, but the service is terrible. The staff are rude, slow and aggressive. Incredibly slow, and the kitchen was dirty. Something has happened, all the staff is different and no longer cares about their job. Too bad:(

I go to this location almost every day to grab and $8 meal deal &, other goodies. The staff is always on their A game, and the food is always delicious! Thank you to the kind hard working staff!!

Честно сказать я не ожидал что обслуживающий персонал будет таким недовольным во время моего заказа. И это при том, что в заведении были только я и мой друг. Я обычно привык видеть улыбку в таких людях во время обслуживания. Да и атмосфера была не очень. Я был в том же заведении, но в маленьком городке и то в нем было намного лучше, чище и персонал был намного приветливее. Я конечно всё понимаю что работать с людьми это всегда тяжело, но это твоя работа. Ты должен всегда улыбаться и приветствовать гостей.

I know people got stuff going on in their personal life but man that guy should not be working the counter. Miserable doesn't cut it, not a great experience. Served a really old burger that the edges were so hard you couldn't even chew them. Times are tough but serving old food with a miserable attitude is not okay. Instantly got a stomach ache. We shall see. Poutine was decent at least

Total ripoff from this location, the chicken fingers were tiny and hard as rocks, probably been sitting out all night..

I also ordered a burger and asked for onions on it, ths onions were cut thicker than the burger patty itself. The bun was completely stale and basically fell apart the moment I picked up the burger.

Oh and the amount of dipping sauce they give you is totally ridiculous. Not even half a container of sauce!

I think it's pretty obvious that the management and overall service at this location is extremely poor, they would rather save a few cents on dip and tiny pieces of chicken than provide any kind of quality.

Save your money people and goto another location. 0/5 would not recommend

The staff seemed disengaged from customers. It seemed a little dirty, and we felt little unwelcome. We were surprised as this is a restaurant with dine in seating, but no public washrooms...there were washrooms but signs stated no public washrooms and the doors were blocked.

I am extremely disappointed with dairy Queen. We placed an order, and it was completely messed up. When we contacted them to address the issue, instead of resolving it, they accused us of lying about the mistake. To make matters worse, the owner was very rude and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would advise others to think twice before ordering from dairy Queen.
