Astoundingly bad burgers. I can't shake the taste of that processed cheese or escape the smell of the liquid that pours freely from the burger. Just terrible. Eating out of a vending machine is a better option.

We order our kids’ birthday cakes from DQ Northgate every year. This year, the kids asked for Kirby characters! The cake decorators are so amazing—they always come through with our special requests and exceed our expectations! Very pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food and atmosphere as you would expect are quite decent. Service is abysmal, servers are quite rude.

The last 6 times I've come here I always order a #3 meal with no ranch dressing. They have only got the burger right 3 of those times. Either the leave the ranch dressing on or they just forget to add the onion rings to the burger. Paying as much as I am for this burger they should know what is supposed to be on it. I will no longer support this location as I have mentioned their error in the past but have not corrected it or offered and discount on future purchase. Very disappointed with management and staff. See ya never!

Went through the drivethru, got a Strawberry cheesecake blizzard and told them to add Choco chunks, they said okay.. got home and they DID NOT add the Choco chunks yet I got charged for it. I ordered a chicken strip basket as well. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Probably morning/noon batch and by the evening it's already hard and overcooked from the reheating. This places needs to do better.

It's pretty drab inside. Ice cream is a happy occasion. Too many browns and greys in the restaurant. Come to think of it I don't remember it the lights were even on. Need more dairy free ice cream choices. Dilly bars are good but like 6 bucks a piece is cuckoo.

Awesome service, the drive through girls are super friendly and helpful. Love it!

I don't know what changed, but the service is terrible. The staff are rude, slow and aggressive. Incredibly slow, and the kitchen was dirty. Something has happened, all the staff is different and no longer cares about their job. Too bad:(
