Hello!! I came through drive through with my boyfriend and dog. The worker saw my dog in the back and offered a pup cup which I didn’t know they offered! She was super nice and thankful that she gave us that!

Came here twice in a span of 12 days. The first time I ordered a peanut buster parfait. Toppings were scarce and hardly and fudge. Second time I ordered two peanut buster parfaits and was even more disappointed. The middle didn't even have any fudge. I normally don't leave reviews but I had to this time. Your paying a premium price ($8.05 for one) and not receiving the full product. yes I could of went in and asked for another one but I used the drive thru and didn't really look until I was back at my friends. I understand cutbacks but this was ridiculous. wont be going back

Three times we have visited in the last month kids wanted something cold I ordered a blizzard extra brownie extra pecans lucky if there was even the normal amount so charged for extra got almost nothing, second time my kids cake batter cookie dough had 3 cookie dough piece, and tonight was the last straw we ordered two things a large blizzard cup of just ice cream and a small blizzard we got a ice cream cone and a large blizzard when we told her the order was wrong she didn't apologize just looked at us then took the cone back and we waited thinking she was fixing it, and some one else came and tried to give us someone else's order, then the first girl comes back and is like what's the problem I then repeated again for the second time we are missing the large blizzard cup of soft serve ice cream and I ordered a small I do not want a large blizzard she again walked away and came back for now the third time and handed us a ice cream cone. At that point we gave everything back asked for our money back and left. This place is the most disappointing there staff does not listen and they don't seem to care the just stare at you like your the one that made the order wrong, at this point I will be filing a complaint, with the over inflated cost of everything now a days, you should expect better service for all the over priced goods you try and buy, we will never return and will encourage those that we know not to either....

We used to love this location but the past few times we have visited, it has been going downhill. We tried to get an ice cream this afternoon and unfortunately there was one employee working and a massive lineup. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and nothing moved, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

I visited the McPhillips DQ location on July 29 around 7PM and placed a mobile order for a cone. After waiting over 10 minutes, I was handed a cone that was clearly undersized not even close to the standard portion. I even overheard the cashier tell the staff in the back to “make the cone taller” but they still served a waaaay undersized cone.

When I brought it back, the cashier pretended not to know what was wrong and claimed it was 5oz, just “looked short.” I pointed out that I paid for it and wasn’t asking for anything free, but she kept arguing. Then she did something extremely petty by completely scraping off the tiny cone and remade it even smaller but taller, clearly trying to prove a point rather than fix the issue.

Good thing I have a scale at home. When I weighed the “remade” cone, it was only 3.2oz.

That just proves how stingy this location really is. Between the poor portioning, the petty attitude, and the unprofessional customer service, it was a frustrating experience.

I’ve already submitted an official complaint online, but I’m leaving this review so others are aware. Very disappointing.

Paid $35 for mostly icecream. The chocolate and crumbs used to go almost to the end of the cake. Overpriced. Won’t be buying DQ cakes again.

We order our kids’ birthday cakes from DQ Northgate every year. This year, the kids asked for Kirby characters! The cake decorators are so amazing—they always come through with our special requests and exceed our expectations! Very pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mini Blizzards were good.

When there and ordered a double burger and mini blizzard. The mini blizzard had like no toppings and the burger was a single. So I called to let them know and the man on the phone lied and insisted that we only paid for a single but our receipt says double. Only offered a free mini blizzard which is fine but I’d like what I ordered the first time.

We placed our order yesterday evening at 7:30 for our Blizzard to taste like crap. After spending $25 for 3 Blizzards they're so stingy with topping even paying extra for add-ons. Also, one blizzard wasn't even made remotely close. Chocolate brownie extreme suppose to have chocolate ice cream not white and telling my partner that's how it's made meanwhile we get this often enough to know ! Don't tell us customers wrong when we know our order. Also, the Reese peanut butter extreme was so disappointing. 2-4small pieces of chocolate Reeses and very little Reese pieces in a Large. Very disappointed.

Customer Service been contacted.

After I emailed the customer service back stating the owner never contacted us about the complaint. However, I got a callback and spoken with the manager and was only willing to compromise one blizzard meanwhile Skip, Uber Eat would refund you back. After telling the manager that the manager hung up ! Ridiculously unacceptable and not professional in any ways !

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE ! GO GET YOUR MONEY WORTH ELSEWHERE !!
