Rip-off!!! I ordered and paid for a small chocolate extreme blizzard and got half a blizzard. The bottom half of the cup was plain vanilla ice cream. Crooks.

Not a good location. Got my order wrong. The best location is Pembina or Scurfield

This place staff just unfriendly. Cashier is cold... It's pricy already to begin with.
You go in for a treat, but you feel like a mistreat from the staff, specially the cashier. He was rude. No customer service skill at all.

They are so slow in service 🤯

Every single time I come here they get my order wrong. I wanted ranch and buffalo dip and only got buffalo. My friend wanted buffalo tossed dip but got honey bbq. And my two other friends got messed up orders as well.

Tables were really wobbly, other than that great place

Had a double cheeseburger meal and it looked like a kids meal. Burgers was dry and bland while daughters was soaked in mustard and ketchup. Won't eat there again. Not even a good deal with coupon

Wanted to order food through drive through, told the employee on the headset i was going to make 3 orders, a regular onion ring, a regular poutine and a 4 piece chicken basket.

told me no they can’t take 3 separate orders (im using their deals/coupons from the app)

apparently it’s policy set by management?? told me that if they accommodate it others will start, and supervisor accuses me of “if we do it for you, then you might come back tomorrow and do the same”.

been here before but this service was very rude and felt blindsided by an apparent “policy”

Another shitty service through the drive thru. Get to the window and got my order wrong and when I get the blizzard they don’t give napkins until I had to ask and good thing I did as secs after driving away it was dripping down the side and made a huge mess. The guy working the drive thru tonight sept 29th at approx 6:45pm needs to get some customer service skills and common sense. Repeat the order back before getting the customer to drive to the window and give napkins. Small things go a long way

Several time now I have ordered (online) a royal oreo blizzard which is supposed to have fudge (which costs more) yet they give me no fudge. It’s just a normal Oreo blizzard

I went through the drive through and ordered the Flame Thrower. When I pulled up to the pick up window the young lady working there shot me in the face with a flame thrower. Or that’s what it felt like. She was stunningly beautiful. And my face got all hot and I think I mumbled something and then drove away really fast without my food and hit a parked car. So I just sat there, engine smoking singing along to Your Beautiful by James Blunt. Then I went to get an Iced coffee at Starbucks because my face was so hot. The barista was so hot. When she asked what I wanted instead of saying iced coffee I said sliced cabbage. My face felt like she shot me in the face with a flamethrower. Then I realized I was still pretty hungry so I went to Popeyes and guess what. Ugly everyone of them.

Patio could use some shade. Otherwise very nice building and staff are friendly.

No bike racks means I won't return when there are many other restaurants at the Outlet Mall which do.

Parking: No bike racks to lock your bike. I was there today and there were six people in total (two families) trying to figure out what to do with our bikes on the patio. Other DQs like Scurfield have racks, why not this new location?
