The older woman doing drive thru was extremely rude and couldn't make a blizzard if her life depended on it. She also left the chocolate syrup at the bottom of the glass , (milkshake not stirred enough) She was in a big hurry.
We will go to other DQ's from now on

Visited DQ Chill & Grill recently. We ordered the Flamethrower Combo ( menu no: 7) and the Double Deluxe Burger (menu no: 2). The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The washrooms were also very clean. I love their atmosphere too. Great experience🙂

just had the worst experience in a drive through i’ve ever had. I pulled up and told the Worker Allen what my friend and i wanted, he then continued to ask what we wanted over and over again with each option and in the end they still got it wrong and almost let us leave without all of our food! I wanted a cookie dough and smartie blizzard and they gave me a smartie blizzard trying to convince me they put cookie dough it in (i put it in a bowl when i got home and there was none) after we were given the bag of food allen told us to have a nice day which i assumed meant we had all of our things but no! if i hadn’t looked in the bag we would’ve missed over half our meal. Disappointed do better!

They don't know how to make a blizzard, screwed up my last two blizzards

We just went to the drive thru. The banner said OPEN we called them many times. The associates didn’t even look at us. It was super rude. I am very much dissatisfied. Not coming to DQs again.. they saw us but didn’t even open the window. Treated us so badly. Even if it was closed why did the banner say OPEN. At least should be informed and not ignored. It was around 11 pm ( July 3rd)

Rip-off!!! I ordered and paid for a small chocolate extreme blizzard and got half a blizzard. The bottom half of the cup was plain vanilla ice cream. Crooks.

We had a turtles blizzard and chocolate dip cone very friendly staff no communication problems

This place staff just unfriendly. Cashier is cold... It's pricy already to begin with.
You go in for a treat, but you feel like a mistreat from the staff, specially the cashier. He was rude. No customer service skill at all.

They are so slow in service 🤯

Every single time I come here they get my order wrong. I wanted ranch and buffalo dip and only got buffalo. My friend wanted buffalo tossed dip but got honey bbq. And my two other friends got messed up orders as well.

Tables were really wobbly, other than that great place

Had a double cheeseburger meal and it looked like a kids meal. Burgers was dry and bland while daughters was soaked in mustard and ketchup. Won't eat there again. Not even a good deal with coupon
