Very chill

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Pembina DQ today was awful. A young Chinese girl took our order without any greeting, then turned away to talk to the kitchen while we were still speaking. When my son asked about sizes, she just pointed impatiently.

The worst part was when she suddenly told us to hurry up because others were waiting in line—extremely rude. Right after, I saw her treating the next customers with smiles and kindness. The contrast was shocking and felt like clear discrimination against her own ethnicity.

This left me with a terrible impression. I will never return to this location again.

The service attitude was terrible, especially from the Chinese staff. We didn’t even take long to order, but this person still rushed us, saying ‘hurry up.’

Not impressed with dairy queen
There was a time where I looked forward To ice cream from there, but now it's over priced.And the quality is not there

Every other dairy queen in the city scans your coupon so that you can reuse it. This location takes your coupon away

(Pembina location) Ordered triple chocolate brownie, drive thru. Portion size was so small compared to other locations, when asked the staff ( He was very rude and impolite and started debating ). Pathetic behaviour from him . Not a pleasant experience at all

The staff is very bad and will make you hate going back. Despite the excellent location of the restaurant and its wonderful space, the staff is completely uncooperative and unfriendly.

Happy to get our orders (used 2 coupons separately). Cashier used to be so strict in the past didn't allow to use 2nd coupon for another meal.
Surprised to find lesser fries, gravy and cheese curds than we had previous orders. Hope there's better quality control. Full scores in all if quantity served was okay.

i have order ice cream mini size just small online order with uber eats i received parcel without bag delivery guy handed me without any bag and he told me that this way they gave me the way was given it was unhygienic small order doesn’t mean hygienic is not taken care
