They said the 2 for 6 is only on the app. Checked both app and browser version and it didn't offer it either. They were no help so i left. This is the only dairy queen i’ve been to that has this issue.

Service was great. The three young ladies who served us were delightful. There is nowhere to eat inside, and exterior seating is limited.

I went to this location around 9:45 pm, sign said they are open until 11 pm. The doors had a sign saying out of ice cream, all I wanted was to buy one of the cakes in the fridge. The staff that night decided to close the store before 10 pm and ignored me at the door, even after I knocked a few times, they decided to just blast music and ignore me. Wonder how often they close shop early when they feel like it. I captured some of this on video, these younger employees don’t seem to appreciate their job or their customers.

Lots of negative reviews here, i come here and get a cookie dough Blizzard with extra cookie dough and it's fine every time.
Staff are high school aged kids, there's going to be some hiccups, management when I see them around is always pleasant to deal with, usually chat up a bit about the local area when waiting for the ice cream.
I've not yet seen a problem, I'm in and out quickly, effortlessly and I'm on my way enjoying my ice cream.

Several time now I have ordered (online) a royal oreo blizzard which is supposed to have fudge (which costs more) yet they give me no fudge. It’s just a normal Oreo blizzard
I asked for a regular chocolate cone. The server asked if I wanted dip. I said no, just chocolate ice cream in a regular cone, no waffle cone. She brought me a chocolate dipped vanilla cone. I said that I asked for a chocolate ice cream with a regular cone not a chocolate dipped vanilla cone. She was pissed and showed it. She made me a pathetic looking chocolate cone, plopped, not swirled I asked if there was a price difference, she snarkily said no, and repeated no when I questioned again, "there's no price difference?" I hung around and looked at the menu and sure enough there was a price difference. I asked another employee and they confirmed it and refunded me some change. I asked to speak to the manager. It wasn't the money. Had the initial server been half decent I wouldn't have made an issue. Her bold faced lying, her attitude and her shameful customer service, I just couldn't let that go.
*** I keep forgeting that Dreamland Diner is nearby in the area. I have been there numerous times with excellent ice cream and real milkshakes made with real ice cream, milk(s) and real fruit. The atosphere is very pleasant and I've experienced excellent, pleasant and friendly service every time to date.
*Konez, 5431 Portage Ave is another place that just opened. It's a little further away further away and I haven't been there myself yet but I've seen Excellent reviews on our local community page.

I would give this place a 0 if possible. Just picked up a banana split and barely has any sauce and the sauce I did get was chocolate and strawberry only. Teach your staff to make your product correctly we’re paying for it. Would not recommend this location

No I waiting for a large blizzard. And when they got to the counter, the staff is very annoyed. Seeming rolling her eyes at me because I had said sorry. Just one second, Very much not service friendly

Alot people over 20. Only 1 person running tills and making ice cream treats. People waited and waited for more then 10 min and left with nothing. Sad! hire more people!
