Lots of negative reviews here, i come here and get a cookie dough Blizzard with extra cookie dough and it's fine every time.

Staff are high school aged kids, there's going to be some hiccups, management when I see them around is always pleasant to deal with, usually chat up a bit about the local area when waiting for the ice cream.

I've not yet seen a problem, I'm in and out quickly, effortlessly and I'm on my way...

09/30/2023 we visited QD to enjoy some good reasonable ice cream, we had coupons. One $3 coupon was for a medium hot fudge sundae and the other coupon was for a $2 buster bar. The service very good and my better half’s sundae had lots of hot fudge. The buster bar was also very good. The evening was nice 17C so we sat out front of the store. The only thing disappointing was the smell of sewer gas at the tables. Will we go again? You bet as long as we have coupons.

Ice cream and drinks (julius) & slushies only available here, it can get cramped inside and lines leading out of the store ( which is very small anyways ) the staff have always been friendly, job orientated and never had any issues with any of my orders. And they have an online website where you can custom make your own cakes for a birthday' wedding or any special event , place it for the date you want it and go pick it up. It's that simple!
