Stopped in here right after my sister and I got matching Hot Fudge Sundae tattoos just down the street.They only serve ice cream, none of the hot food here and are only open seasonally.Great place to stop in with family and friends

I returned to Dairy Queen after a long absence I believe the last time I went was when I was a child about 25 to 35 years ago I'm just gonna leave that back. I had the chocolate dipped cone and the memories poured back into me as I crunched into that chocolaty shell, and into the smooth creamy ice cream within I would give it five stars, but you can never go back to being a child.

I think my favourite thing about this DQ, besides the delicious treats, is the proximity to my house. It's a great place to visit on hot summer days! And the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Not very accessible by wheelchair in the winter. Parking curbs blocked access, needed help through one spot between curbs with snow/ice.

Here is my review:Food Quality:On par with other franchises. Nothing unique or special.Wait Time:Ordered poutine and chicken fingers order took roughly 13 minutes. This is on the higher side for "fast food".Customer Service:Adequate... operating within policies. The manager of the store needs to review pricing. Only get one sauce with the chicken fingers and the sauce is the same size as the hotel jam packs. Extra sauce is $1.29 which is outrageous. Manager needs to look at price adjustments.This one negative experience impacted review. When compared to competitors many places provide at minimum 2 sauces and larger sizes similar to what is provided at Costco.Hours of Operation:Decent hours closing at 10:30pm every day. Good if you want to wait for a snack on the drive home.Overall:In conclusion, the food is pricey and spent $17.00 after ordering extra sauce. Furthermore, I used coupons which suggests that no savings actually occurred. The time was high from when order was placed to when received. If in a rush not a good fast food place.

Pretty consistent experience with any Dairy Queen store.This particular store along with most others in Winnipeg are lacking the use of their own Dairy Queen app.I try to use either the rewards or the coupons and the staff all look like deers in headlights.I don't blame the staff as this is an implementation issue. However, I think I have spent the better part of 6 months trying to use and collect reward points or use the available coupons but ultimately cannot.Oh well I guess I just have to be patient or go somewhere else.
