When I went through the drive thru, I order a blizzard said the one I wanted three times and when I got to the window I confirmed the one I wanted once more. When I got it I got the wrong one. I went inside to ask the lady that was working and she gave a lot of attitude saying a that she confirmed my order three times. Was very rude. Just for the future doesn’t hurt to smile and acknowledge when you’ve done something wrong.

We came through drive-thru at around 4:05 on saturday November 2nd and ordered 2 large caramel Java chip blizzards made with chocolate ice cream and 2 peanut buster parfaits made with chocolate ice cream one no nuts, and the lady forgot to flip our blizzards upside down and DQ has a policy where if they don't do so you get a free blizzard but when I tried to tell the lady she closed the window on me.

Wrong order size. I ordered 2 medium blizzard and 1 small blizzard. I got 2 small 1 medium. 2 blizzards were just ice cream in cup very little anything to it. So not a blizzard. Then one again was the wrong size. Worst DQ experience I have ever had. Quality is very poor.

Ugh. Are there new owners? Hardly anything in my blizzard.I couldn't tell which one I even ordered. Blended until there was nothing left but honestly I don't think much mix in's was put in and my cup wasn't even full. Any other DQ i go to it'd pulled high in my cup. ALSO, NONE WERE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN! That's the whole gimmick isn't it????

Zero customer service skills. I went in to ask for refund on a pre-ordered ice cream cake I no longer needed (week before I needed it). Worker in front went and got someone in back who came out and didn't acknowledge me when I said hi. Other worker went back to what she was doing, and I had to ask, "who am I working with at this point?" She pointed to the woman who didn't acknowledge and had her back to me. She finally came to register and still didn't make eye contact or say a word to me. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation as a customer. Happy I cancelled order and won't be going there in the future.

I went thru the drive thru to get ice cream for my family today. I ordered 2 milkshakes, 2 ice creams, and 2 blizzards. The girl who took my order left the two blizzards on the counter by the drive thru window. She helped the other employee with the orders in the store. I waited about 10 minutes. She finally gave me my order. I mentioned that the blizzards have been sitting too long. She said they were fine. I asked her to turn them upside down as is their practice. She put them in a drink holder and passed them to me. She said she did not have time for this as their was only 2 employees right now and it wasn't her fault. I suggested one employee work the window, while the other the drive thru. She was very annoyed with me. I live approx. 4 minutes away. When I arrived home, the blizzards were thin milkshakes. When the cover came off, it made a mess. Very disappointing. This never happened with the old management.
Twice now I have gotten a box of buster bars and there is barely any fudge in them…may as well be a box of dilly bars with peanuts
