Dairy Queen (Treat)

What happened? I used to be able to chew on good chunks of cheesecake in my ice cream and the top would also be full of it but now there's NOTHING absolutely nothing now. Would be nice to be as generous as before since we're paying the same amount as ever.

This location will not honour DQ coupons, stating that they are 'not a restaurant location' - yet you can order online and apply the same deals to your pickup order... Go figure.

Friend and I both had mini blizzards. Very little bits of brownie in mine, and few pieces of chocolate chip in my friend's. Not the first time. Be more generous!

Refused to take DQ app offers. Total waste of time.

I often go to Dairy Queen in St Vital Center. The products are good, friendly staff, and the service is fast.
I still find that the prices are a little expensive compared to the quantities supplied.
The location, there is no better, very friendly.
I recommend from time to time.

I was at DQ Orange St Vital Mall this afternoon to buy Pretzels. I stood before the attendant called Mohammad and told me what I wanted. He looked the other way and continued chatting with a co attendant, ignoring my presence. When I complained, another attendant came to me to apologize and this recalcitrant fellow so full of his empty self refused to apologize. I wonder if I was so treated because of the color of my skin. Appalling.

Been to DQ lately? How do you like the new paper straws that come with your milk shake? Pretty darn thin!!!!

I bought some ice cream yesterday and instead of telling me before I make the payment that the soft ice cream taste old they went ahead and mad my order and charged me. I have noticed that they were emptying the soft ice cream and after I received my order and tasted it, it tasted old so I asked what's wrong with it and they said they had couple complaints already saying the same thing. After they charged me they could refund the money and I had to just take something else that I didn't want.

the quality of the ice-cream dropped dramatically! It's not creamy anymore. I am not sure what did they do with the ingredients.

I'm not sure if the managent has changed at this location but I tried applying here one time and the manager was working I tried to hand in my resume and was told they're not hiring because they have enough people working. Which I totally understand except for the fact I was met with disrespect, she did not want to listen to anything I had to say nor take my resume just in case. She completely brushed me off even though I was eager to apply. Haven't bought from this location for these reasons.

I love their soft serve ice cream as it is delicious and affordable. Service is quick and easy. Ice cream cakes are really good too. They are yummy and can be packed back home without melting before a good time. I recommend any blizzard and cake!!
