The food was good, atmosphere was ok, but honestly the music was so loud it was more like a club.
Service needed a lot of improvement, took 45 mins just to get 2 dishes, 20 mins to get drinks. I had to get up and fine someone to ask for another drink. Though their drinks were fantastic.
I don’t think I would come back though.

A hidden gem speak easy in Winnipeg! Very impressed with their vibe and killer drinks. Love the dill by dill and the paralyzer 2.0. The bartender made a mean paper plane, very ed’s. I usually frequent speak easys and this one is a stand out!

Really nice bar in the Exchange. I highly recommend doing the Bartenders Choice, it was fun! Also, the tequila shots here are so unbelievably smooth. Did not expect that but was pleasantly surprised.

Darling Bar is a great little spot. While the atmosphere is dark, the service is warm, and the cocktails are delicious! If you have ever enjoyed a paralyzer, I HIGHLY recommend the Paralyzer 2.0. It sure doesn't look like a paralyzer, but probably the best one I've ever had!

We really enjoyed checking this place out. We stayed inside in the basement, super dark and candle lit, the vibe was super awesome. We got some drinks which were good! The food was okay, we shared the charcuterie and it felt super random with ritz crackers and such, but it was alright.
Stopped in here on a whim, Ben made us a few custom cocktails and his playlist was fire! 🔥🔥🔥
