I called the restaurant asking what their portion sizes were, she didn't understand what that meant, she put me on hold for so long, another girl answers now and says hello, I repeat and also rephrase the question, asking what size the butter chicken is or how many people it can feed, the employee responded so rudely "why do you want to know this" ... like what? She still couldn't provide me with an answer... after asking her repeatedly she wasn't answering the question and going in circles with weird answers, she finally told me they are good for one person. It took SO long to just get basic information.. I don't know how they function in a customer service setting, let alone a Canadian society...
I proceeded to call back, calling them probably 5-6 times waiting for someone to pick up the phoneto place an order for 4-5 items, 2 of which they didn't even have available (it was only 6pm).. I said okay it's fine, I will go with the curry chicken, I asked her what is in that dish? She replied "I don't know. I'm a non-veg" ... like seriously, you work at a restaurant and you can't even tell me what is in one of your dishes? I did not need an intensive breakdown but I don't care if you are a vegetarian I just want to know what the dish consists of ... basic common sense. Ultimately, I didn't even bother ordering from there, I will never give them my business and I will definitely spread the word around Winnipeg, a friend of mine already said he got food poisoning from their meat... that is disgusting. Can't imagine everybody else.
You can look through the kind of reviews they get, it is visible the restaurant is an extremely unhygienic and unprofessional environment, I will be reporting this. Even the way they reply to reviews is not proper grammar or spelling, their service is a joke and I truly recommend going elsewhere. These are the kind of people that are ruining it for the rest of our community who have been in Canada for decades prior. They have 0 manners, if you cannot integrate, please go back to India because this is NOT the way people do things here and it is EMBARASSING.

3rd time in row they sent simple chole bhature upon even telling them on call and message to send paneer chole bhature. Can’t even believe how pathetic the service is. And after i called the restaurant and told them about this they replied yes we know this happened last time also but we will not do it again. Guess what that’s what they said in the first time.

I recently came from the USA to Winnipeg to unload goods, and during my stay, I searched for a place that offered tiffin services. I was thoroughly impressed with their food service—it was outstanding! The staff, especially the girls working there, were not only friendly but also incredibly skilled at handling customers with professionalism and care. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was amazing. Highly recommended!

Don’t give priority to customer and have really bad attitude. Atleast things should be delivered timely if promised. Waited more than half an hour just for one special mean which was order on call and scheduled for pickup.

Dirty and unsanitary. Found bug of some kind in my food. Made me sick. Called to complain and was ignored. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy things. Should be closed down. Filing complaint with health department.
