Our first time at this establishment. Our server Andrea was friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty, good portions, very satisfied after a lovely meal.
I could probably eat 10 of those chorizo & queso quesadillas, so unbelievably delicious.

Literally the best potato dish ever is here! We did the tasting this time with the potatoes as a substitute and we were happy with our food. My drink was great too (cucumber and jalapeño one)
10/10 experience.

Very nice Staff, patient and kind. I like the bison tartare and black code. But lower than expectation

Expensive...but worth it for a meaningful and carefully curated dining experience focusing on using local produce. A very special night out.

Best place to eat in Winnipeg, no questions asked. Complex flavours in every dish that work so well together and top notch wine pairings as a cherry on top.

The 4-course menu was decent, but I probably won’t come back given the steep price.
Salmon, albacore tuna and steelhead trout were the highlights. Other dishes were just OK.
Another highlight was the pottery plates and utensil holder. We were so intrigued that we looked up the artist online.

Food was well thought out and had very unique flavor profiles. Everything was tasty and fresh. Portions are small for 90$ per person set menu with 4 courses. Service was ok, we had a few alternating servers but nothing special in the service provided. What really upset me is at the end of our dessert course, the hostess came over suddenly and said she needs to turn over the table soon for the next reservation. A few minutes later she comes back and says she'll need it like now and starts clearing our table. I don't mind if there's a time limit to adhere to but there's been no mention of anything prior (and we were there for about 2 hours at this point so not loitering), and all of a sudden we're just short of getting kicked out. This ruined the experience for me.

Maybe I should have known better when I pre-read the menu… but it was so expensive for tiny portions. Like… tiny. $304 for 2 people for dinner is crazy… Pinot Grigio was very good ($56 for a bottle) and our waiter was lovely. But I think i’ll stick to something less “fancy” and more filling :)

One of the best food experiences of my life. Each dish we ordered had amazing depth of flavor. Venison and strawberries dish was the standout.
