Terrible service, they're supposed to open at 11:30 on saturdays, they didn't actually open until 11:36 and they're ovens aren't even ready to go so an order for cheese bread is that normally takes 10 minutes would take over 40 minutes because they're not ready for the day. Awful.
We live in the country & when we drive to the City, always like to stop in at Diana’s. Sometimes we eat in, sometimes we take out. We were here for pizza in mid-December. We went to the restaurant and ordered pizza to go, and we like to have a glass or two of wine while we wait. We couldn’t get wine because they have a new partner and have to change the liquor license. Isn’t it still Diana’s & wouldn’t she have a license in her name? We got our pizzas and left. Pizza was excellent. Fast forward to the end of January. We go in to get our pizza and have wine. A young Asian guy who barely speaks English told us the restaurant section was turned into an Asian restaurant. We didn’t come to a cucina to eat Asian! You can only order pizza from the take-out side and sit in the cold, dingy waiting area. And you still can’t even get a glass of wine because they don’t have a liquor license yet! I was totally pissed off. The young girl that was working the pizza side was very sweet, though. Winnipeg is saturated with Asian restaurants; we don’t need any more. We need a good quality eat in pizzeria. Ordered our pizzas and left. I informed them I won’t be coming back. I guess Diana is selling out to other interests. So sad and very, very disappointing.
The gf crust and vegan cheese here make a gluten-and-cheese-missing human happy.
First time trying the pizza here. We ordered a medium Canadian to share and it was one of the best I’ve had in Winnipeg. Lots of toppings and they were fresh and flavourful. The crust was crunchy and done just right. Very impressed!! I will be back to try it again and highly recommend.
Unbelievable !! I thought that I knew all that there was to know about Pizza and Panzarotti. I was so wrong. I don`t know what makes this so good but my family was amazed at how elevated this food is. Excellent portions, price and terrific staff. Very impressed. We make the trip to the city just to eat here. Great Job!!!

Spent $73 on 2 pizzas they both had burnt beef on them. My Mexican pizza was saturated with red onions and barely enough cheese to cover 2 inches from the edge. My spouse worned me about going there but I wanted to support Diane as I’m from a French community. Too bad I didn’t listen to him and wasted that money instead of going to Block and Blade for a full meal and a drink each.
You advertised for an all you can eat buffet less than 2 weeks ago on social media (and your website) and wasted my time coming in only to find out it was for a limited time only and no longer available. Nowhere on the advertisement did it say it was for a limited time or exactly when it was going to end. I'm not exactly sure when you ended it but from the time it was advertised until now is way too short of a run, especially when the wording made it sound like it would be longer than under 2 weeks with no indication of when it was going to end. Poor execution and communication over this.
Me and my husband had Diana’s before but we dined in. Tonight we decided on delivery. Well let’s just say our excitement for our food all went into disappointment. We usually get pizza but tonight decided on nachos. Please listen to me when I say NEVER order the nachos. They smelt like cardboard. And the taste was horrific. It tasted like stale old chips that have been soaking in old tomato juice. Me and my husband both took one bite and ran to the garbage to spit it out. Have to say for a well known pizza place. Please stick to pizza and not try to make nachos when you clearly don’t know how to make them.

My wife and I frequently dine in, but decided to takeout this particular night. We were looking forward to the ultimate pepperoni as the last time we’d gone it really hit the spot. I ordered an ultimate pepperoni and a farmers boy. Pizza was ready when I arrived so I paid (even left a very generous tip which i completely regret now), and went home w/ the Za. Opened the boxes at home and discovered we got a deluxe and a farmers boy, no pepperoni. My wife called back and I was shocked to hear how she was talked to by the very rude Asian guy. He demanded she bring the deluxe back and get the pepperoni. She’s got a food handlers certificate and knows that’s not even remotely acceptable. My wife then drove back to the restaurant where the guy did give her the pepperoni, but when she told him (with other paying customers waiting in the foyer listening), that she wasn’t giving him the deluxe back, he goes “now I have to remake that!?”…. Ummm yes. She looked over at the other customers waiting and said I hope you didn’t order a deluxe as it sitting on my counter at home opened. Can you imagine, taking a pizza home and not realizing that someone else had already done the same, opened it, AND returned it!?? Pretty sure that’s a health code violation for obvious reasons. I’ll be personally contacting public health inspectors so they’re aware of what this rude idiot tried to do. Finally, I’ll never go back again and share this story with everyone I know. Just disgusted by the whole situation.

Ordered for a specific time, Order was 15 minutes late, so I called. The manager was extremely rude, told me she left ten minutes ago, Then we still didn't receive it, so I called back and he tells me the driver is in traffic. I explained to him that our pizza is now 40 minutes late he didn't seem to care. My son then called and the manger said he has no way of contacting driver. So then my son says, If and when it shows up, we are not paying for it as it is extremely late and it will be cold. The manager then says I will tell the driver to turn around. So once again he lied. I am a diabetic and I ordered pizza for a specific time for A. Reason and I was not impressed. I called back the following Monday to speak to Diana herself. The same man tells me she's not there and again was very rude and honestly, this man does not deserve a job.! I have never been treated with such disrespect from a restaurant.!

Ordered for delivery. Had to end up cancelling because the driver was not showing up. The guy that worked there was no help to us and very rude. Every time we've ordered for a specific time it has showed up way later. I do not recommend this place.
Seriously the best pizza in the city. Placed my order online. The pizzas were made correctly to order, although I did have to wait a little bit longer than the estimated time. We ordered a custom 2 topping, and the Michelangelo. The toppings on both were the perfect amount. The cheese was the perfect amount. Just 10/10 all around. Didn't dine in, so can't judge atmosphere. (Cupcakes from a local bakery, not Diana's. Equally recommendable though!)

Not sure if something has changed or it was an off night, but my pizza was very bland tonight. Ingredients seemed good, good portions, lots of cheese, crust was nice, but it was all very flavorless.
