First time visiting this restaurant. We came specifically for dimsum and we had a good dining experience.

The service was excellent. The host and the servers were very welcoming and friendly. The food came out promptly, freshly prepared/steamed and hot.

I found the food lacking flavours but the servings were generous. However, I gotta give them props for their Singapore Noodles. It was incredible! It’s now my 2nd favourite Singapore Noodles in the city. It was flavourful, perfectly cooked and most of all smoky - it’s a must for me as far as this dish is concerned. Next time, I’ll order the full version as I’m sure I could eat an entire full serving on my own.

Although the dim sum items have amazing texture and of great quality, a tad more seasoning would made them great. I will come back again purely for their Singapore Noodles. Also, I will try the dimsum items again because nothing like a good chili oil or XO sauce can’t fix. Maybe I’ll bring my own? ?

The real winning factor about this place was the service and the affordability. Last week, I went to the place next door and I paid double for the same amount of food that I had here.

I ordered through DoorDash and everything was so good. I would definitely go in for dinner if/when life brings me back to Winnipeg. Thank you, my meal was so great that I had to leave a review here too!

I ordered online more of the dimsum items at 6pm that to be picked up by 8. I kept repeating on the fone about the chilli ? oil that's I really like to be included but nothing included when my son came home. He said all wrapped up in the plastic bag .. a total of $175 and no chlli oil is very disappointing ?

The food at Dim Sum Garden is passable, with a few dishes that are enjoyable, but overall nothing exceptional. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff seem inattentive and lack the warmth and attention to detail that could make the experience more pleasant. It’s a place where you can get a decent meal, but don’t expect high-quality service or a memorable dining experience.

Thank you for making my dinner. But it was dissapointing. There was maybe a spoonful of chicken in the kung pao chicken. And they used old cauliflower in the chow mein. Not worth it for what i paid

I always enjoy the food here, even though it's always very busy. Last time I ordered takeout but at the last minute when we went to pick up our food we changed our mind, and we asked if we could eat there, not only did they say yes but they prepared a table for us, brought us drinks, cutlery, and served us our food, nice people, friendly, great service

We waited for almost 25minutes and no one’s taking our orders. And the lady was kinda’ rude. Never gonna come back again to this place.

Food is great and the atmosphere is good but the service is less desirable. Our orders came one after another but in 5-10mins interval therefore by the time the next food comes out, youd be hungry again or if you wait for all your food to be served, everything will be cold and less desirable to eat.

OVERPRICED FROZEN DUMPLINGS

I used to get my frozen dumplings from Sampo, it is sumptuous and reasonably priced. The place is closed during Thursdays, so we decided to come to Dimsum Garden. It seems that their dumplings are overpriced, 19$ per dz for seafood and 15$ for pork. Total of 190$ for 10 frozen packs. Nothing extraordinary on the taste. Compared to SAMPO 10$ and 8$ respectively, total of 90$ for 10 frozen packs, 100$ difference!

Never again, staff were good though.

The ingredients and taste of the siomai when drinking tea were not as expected. The shrimp in the shrimp intestines were too thin and too little. Basically, the dim sum was considered to be average or lower. The beef brisket bought from outside was okay, but the difference between the online price and the real price was 33%. However, the rice was loaded with a lot of burnt rice. How could the burnt rice be eaten by people! I thought I was here to beg for food! Of course, I have to pay regardless of whether I am satisfied or not. !Should be improved.
