The food was terrible, chicken was rubber, everything else had a slimy coating.
The service was horrendous, needed more water to choke down the food and they never came around.
The atmosphere seemed alright lots of people there. But the place i think need a health inspection.
If you want dim sum head downtown to kum koon garden.

The foods are delicious, but the waiter there is so impolite. She keeps ignoring me and serves other people who she knows.

Dim Sum Kingdom is a favorite for my partner and I, but that has nothing to do with the quality. I’m not sure how they do it, but the service and the food somehow get worse every time we go. Today of the 9 dim sum dishes we ordered 2 were burnt and 1 was completely uncooked. Beyond that we had to ask multiple times for water, tea and utensils. We watched another table walk out when the staff, who were all sitting around sharing a staff meal, couldn’t be bothered to serve them. Another table came in, were sat in the middle of the restaurant and when they asked for a different table were told they couldn’t have it, not sure why they stayed.
If you’re desperate for dumplings and have no way to get to any of the half a dozen better restaurants in town or you really like watching a culinary train wreck, then give this place a go. For any other diners, I’d say to just keep driving.

Food: Tasty dumplings, chow mein, and pork buns, no complaints there.
Service: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When we asked for condiments, the staff told my partner to get them himself from another table, which felt unprofessional. They also served the food without telling us what each dish was, which was confusing—especially since we ordered several kinds of dim sums.
Cleanliness: The soy sauce bottles looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the utensils were super worn out and honestly kinda gross to use.
Extras: They also charge extra for containers and plastic if you want to take leftovers home.
