Dim Sum Kingdom Restaurant （好天地酒楼）

Slow service, waited almost 45 min just to get seated. then another 45 min for our order to be served. food was warm/cold when served. waitress was rude when complaid about the food being cold. I dont recommend dining here.

The new female waitress is awful, so unprofessional. don’t even know what is on the menu. And lowkey hard to communicate with. Bad experience and service over the phone ordering food.

It felt like a Hongkong dimsum restaurant, except for the slow, poor service. Dimsums were okay, especially the pork and shrimp dumplings, and chicken feet were tender. However, for more than an hour we waited for the lemon chicken and beef with ginger and onions, but they served them cold as my cat's nose. The beef was chewy, and my kids were both disappointed.

Great dimsum, very reasonably priced considering price hikes all around the city. Rice rolls are a must!

While the food is quite tasty, beware when ordering take out. I looked at my bill and was surprised to see a $ 5 dollar open food tax! what is that? also very pricey, sweet and sour shrimp about 15 shrimps, $18 dollars and to fill the container, the sauce was in the container. I suggest eating in, because take out is a rip off.

The food here is decent and good, for the most part. Avoid the steamed custard buns. They're horrible and aren't creamy. Service is also sub-par...BEWARE THEY CHARGE FOR CONTAINERS AND BAGS!!! This is a first for a Chinese restaurant where we got charged for takeaway containers and bags! And we were there for a birthday party so we were a large group. They could have given those for free as a favor in exchange for a tip. The bill was more expensive than expected.

You're better off going somewhere else, like Sam Po in the exchange for creamy custard buns, better service and prices.

I ordered food here from Uber Eats. Dumplings were small and shrimp dumplings had a skunky almost cigarette-like taste. I know it wasn’t the Uber driver’s doing as the packaging was sealed and bag was closed tight. Also, none of the other items in the bag tasted like this. Super off putting. Will not bbe ordering dim sum from here again

I really love eating this sticky rice chicken and spring rolls. The portions are large, and it's even more authentic than what I had in Vancouver.

I searched for this restaurant when I wanted to eat snacks. The environment is very good and the pastries are also very good, especially the egg tarts. Recommend friends to give it a try

We only ordered a few dimsums and a take out but we waited for almost 1 hour waiting for our food to be served. Service is very bad, uncoordinated and food is serve partially after long wait. We are hungry and impatient and followed up three times. Some customers who came late than us get their food just at the same time we got ours in partial serving. We wanted to leave and almost cancel our orders. Never going back to this restaurant again. I can't understand why it takes them so long. Waste of time and money.
